Mark was very welcoming with information provided in advance and immediate reponse when I had an issue.
Some nice renovations evident in this condo but the overall property is fairly old and there is some evidence of a ‘patchwork fix’ in some details in the condo. Street noise is difficult to avoid since the unit is 50’ away from the busy S Kihei Rd and the lanai is only a few feet away from a large parking lot and pathway to the beach. There is no privacy on the lanai but lots of people will greet you if you’re out there for breakfast, dinner, a beer…. The unit is well stocked with everything from flatware to utensils to beach stuff… and all of good quality.
We stayed 9 nights here and it was perfect. Great location, really comfortable, tasteful accommodations (with AC!) and the host was welcoming and an excellent communicator. Kitchen was well equipped and a super comfortable bed and bedroom. My husband loved the cherry wood cabinets. We would definitely come back to this condo when visiting Maui again. This condo was exactly as described, 10Condo was clean, very well appointed, great A/C, large bathroom, location was excellent, just steps from the beach, and steps from restaurants and lounges. Property was very nice, parking was no issue at all. Host was very respondent, with excellent communication before, during and after.Overall, an outstanding trip. We’ll definitely be back to use this one again.
This is our third time staying at this unit and we already have Christmas booked. Absolutely wonderful and Mark and Pam are always available and helpful as needed. The unit is well-kept and extremely comfortable. The entire process from check-in to check-out is as easy as it gets.Overall, amazing!
We have stayed at this property about 2 years ago. It is a fantastic place to stay and has a fabulous view. Right across from the beach. Quiet area but close enough to walk to food and shopping. The owners communication is great. We had trouble getting the TV to work and they answered right a way and helped.
This was our second stay here. We absolutely love it here. Comfortable, well stocked and the best location.We will be back!
I’ve stayed in Kihei many times over the years, but this condo truly stood out. The interior was beautifully done, I especially loved the stonework, which gave it a unique and upscale feel. Being directly across from the beach was incredible; I could catch breathtaking sunsets on the sand just steps from the door. Plus, the location is perfect, convenient parking, easy walking distance to great restaurants and local markets. I’ll absolutely be looking to book this place again. Mahalo!
Wonderful stay. The unit had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The view from the unit was exceptional, and the location was great as we just walked across the street to jump into the ocean. The beach across the road was excellent—quick bites to eat nearby and centrally located to anything from Wailea up the coast. Did not have one issue with anything in the unit, and communication was excellent with the owners.

Perfect for 2 people. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Nice beach accross the street. Freds became our go to place to eat out, right next door.
The condo was perfect! Clean, great location, close to restaurants/shopping and exactly as advertised. The condo had the “little things” that made our stay even better (beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc). If planing a trip to Maui, I highly recommend.

The property was very beautiful and the property manager was onto of all communication. I was traveling for work but had ZERO issues plus the surrounding area was beautiful and had restaurants close by if you don't want to cook! Keep up the great work!
Second stay at this property did not disappoint . My wife absolutely loves this location and is our go to while in Kihei. Can make it to beach or Freds in 1 min . Easy walk to almost everything in Kihei .

The unit was comfortable and had everything one needed. All was tidy and ready for our arrival. I would recommend this condo to anyone. The atmosphere was quiet and totally relaxing.
The title pretty much sums it up, I believe. We stayed here in 2021, 2023, and now 2024. Great location right across from the water, unit has everything you need, and we love south Maui.
Hoping to stay one more time, after that I think we will just have to move to Maui.
Enjoyed our 9 night stay in early July. Location was great: view of beach and steps to nightly spectacular sunsets. Lots of amenities and activities within walking distance. Unit is close to main road, but noise wasn't ever a problem for us as most know Maui rolls up their sidewalks at 9pm! Actually really liked the ground floor unit for ease of access.
High quality kitchen equipment is always a priority for us; had everything (except a whisk!) which made it great for making meals. Large open great room area is nice for relaxing, but we spent our time out on patio in evenings mostly. Bed was very comfy with a variety of pillow types to choose from, and temperature control throughout the unit was very appreciated!
Set in a relatively quiet complex with nice swimming pool, multiple good BBQ locations, trashy books to borrow from in laundry room. Snorkel equipment and boogie boards looked to be available for use, and it was great to have larger cooler for taking to beach and grocery shopping. We definitely enjoyed!
