Thank you for considering our single bedroom unit in paradise! We are uniquely situated across from Kamaole Beach Park II in the P building (P410A) on the North side of the Maui Banyan Resort. This means you get the trade winds gently passing by, keeping the room comfortable all day and night.

This room includes 2 Queen beds, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is a full bath and private lanai with a table and chairs for you to enjoy the partial Ocean and Mountain views. There is elevator access to this top floor retreat. In addition to being a 5 minute walk to the lifeguard patrolled Kam II beach, Maui Banyan has tropical landscaped grounds, lots of outdoor grills and 2 outdoor pools with hot tubs. We are within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment services, so you don’t need a car. We are on the Kihei Islander bus route that runs from Wailea to Kahului for trips a little farther afield. Parking for one car is included....

Very clean, and comfortable beds! Andrew and Cindy found out I was bringing my newborn so they got us a crib! They went above and beyond for us. We left our iPads and they did everything to get it to us!

We had an amazing 7 day stay. The location was perfect. A short walk to the pool at the resort, the beach down the street and a bunch of great restaurants.
The room had everything we would need for our family of 3 and communicating with the host was a breeze.
I would 100 percent recomend and we would love to stay again.

A good home base for us. More of a hotel room than a condo. We did find it small for just the two of us so we think a family would feel cramped. Appreciated the cooler/beach chairs/towels/fins. Central location made it walkable to great beaches and restaurants. Partial ocean view but overlooks the parking garage so a lot of light and noise overnight.

Great location with easy walking distance to beaches, parks, restaurants and general store. Longer (25 min) walk to supermarket and greater shopping options. Host
(Andrew) was always pleasant and communicated well. Smooth easy check-in. Room has a small fridge with chest freezer, microwave with access to quality newer Weber outdoor gas BBQs at each of the two pool areas (both have small hot tubs) available until 9:30pm. Bed was comfortable, with lots of spare blankets and pillows available. Portable beach umbrella, pair of beach chairs and snorkel gear were a bonus. Building staff were always friendly. Parking was easy. Clean, attractive and well cared for grounds. Always felt safe here. Only downside: no laundry facilities were available onsite. .
