The photos used to promote this property did not reflect it's condition when we rented it. We arrived to find that the nice clean carpet shown in the pictures was filthy, as were the circulation and extraction fans throughout and the refrigerator exterior. There is general repair/replacement required for the doors, trim and some structural and floor areas. The sofa and other furniture also need replacement. The whole apartment requires a complete update, repainting and refreshing, which apparently it hasn't had for years. After that, it may be more suitable for use. We would not have rented this property had the photos more accurately shown its condition. It does not reflect well on the owner, property manager or VRBO to have this happen.
Location good. Comfortable bed. We knew it was an older unit. However we expected everything to be working. There is no air conditioning but we thought it would be okay with the ceiling fans. They are old and don’t move much air. The carpets are stained and dirty. Dishwasher only works on light cycle. It just really needs some updating
The condo ist very well equipped with everything we needed, from beach chairs und towels to kitchen supplies. Close to town, very quiet with a nice pool and a Sunset Viewing area. Highly recommend. We will come back!
Only thing we did not like was the bed linen - all polyester...
Cotton would have been much cooler in warm nights.
property is well maintained, pool was clean and had sufficient loungers, condo was in excellent condition. Always love coming back to where I used to live.
My husband and I had a very nice stay at this condo for a month in February. The complex is generally quiet but that can depend on your neighbors since voices carry easily on the lanai. Excellent pool and rarely crowded. The furniture was very comfortable, especially the bed. It’s a nice spot to watch the sunset with your neighbors. The condo cooled efficiently with the ceiling fans and standing fans. We enjoyed walking to town for dinner and would take the Trolley or Uber home since it is a little far to walk on Alii at night. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used the community grills for fresh Ahi dinner at home. Good communication with Abby from the management company. We would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It’s quiet and private and had everything we needed for a 3 week stay. The pool is very nice and also has a sharing library. We borrowed and we donated books. The complex has a great sunset viewing area which became a nightly ritual. Everyone was so friendly

This unit is so inviting and nicely decorated it felt like home away from home. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessities making cooking easy
I loved the location close to town, the ocean, and several beaches. The view from the balcony of the pool area was beautiful. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The only thing I would have liked was air conditioning - it was sometimes too hot to sleep at night.
