Very comfortable, clean and quiet condo. We very much enjoyed our stay. Lots of staples like plastic wrap and salt/pepper etc. The only thing to be aware of is the BBQ is charcoal not gas if that’s important to you.

"Punctuation saves lives." Maybe this one is on me but I mistakenly read Ocean-Front Pool as Ocean-Front, Pool. But I noticed I was not the first to misread the title so I think it may be a little misleading (and yes, I should have done my due diligence). That being said, this was a very nice condo, spacious for a studio and extremely clean and well stocked. It is obvious the owners take pride and want you to love their place. We appreciated the care and updates they have taken to make it inviting. Because it is advertised as a 2 person unit it doesn't really need a couch and two chairs, it would have been really nice instead of the couch, to have a bureau to put away our clothing to feel more at home. The unit is a little dark and if there are neighbors upstairs it can be noisy from footfalls and the like. The pool is lovely and does have a beautiful view but is across the parking lot from the complex and immediately under the balconies of another complex and does not feel very private.
I rated 4 stars on online pictures because i expecting my condo to be at the pool even though it was stated common area, my bad. And it was a 30 second walk to pool, lol. It was great overall amazing everything i could have wanted or needed. Thank you so much for your hospitality
Everything was explained perfectly and went smoothly. I did try both wifi passwords provided and neither worked but it wasn’t really an issue for me personally. I would definitely stay again! Thank you Myrna.
Comfortable, amazing pool, parking, close to everything, and the checking procedure was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again.To the lady who complained that we backed our car into the parking stall…mind your own business. Myrna, thank you for all your help. We really enjoyed getting up early and going for a walk to get our morning coffee.
We had a great time! The property was exactly as described and was perfect! Loved the thoughtfulness of providing beach chairs, towels, and cooler. Check in and checkout were seamless and instructions very clear. Appreciated the information book as well. Thanks so much for a great stay!
This cozy condo is tastefully decorated and the kitchen and bath were recently remodeled. The Murphy bed allows a roomy feel to this studio, along with a lovely lanai. The ocean front pool is a popular meeting place especially at sunset. We thoroughly enjoy this condo and the host is wonderful. We can’t wait to come back

Myrna was a great host , the place was the best stocked place we have stayed in. It had everything you would need. Location was central to beaches and close to downtown. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for letting g us stay here !!!
Unit is updated and very well maintained. Owner and property manager very easy to communicate with if necessary. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the lanai.
This is a super well equipped small unit, perfect for one or two people.
What we liked: 1)unit is attractive, well designed , well cared for; 2) loved all the beach equipment that was available to use( we used a cooler, beach bag, and chairs everyday as we headed out) .3) location: within walking distance to downtown and a perfect location to head south to beaches.
What we didn’t like: 1)the darkness of the unit and lack of spot to sit in sunlight without having to walk a half block to the community area. We basically used the patio as our sitting spot. When we in the unit, we used the patio for our sitting area because it was outdoors .2)the noise from upstairs unit. You can hear people walking around/ taking shower. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was a small nuisance…
Overall this is a great unit, priced affordable for this area. Perfect spot for a base for exploring the area., which is what most of us do while we’re visiting.

Myrna was very responsive before and during our stay and especially when our flights were changed at short notice a couple of times. She also kindly altered our fees. She was also helpful when we had some urgent parcels delivered. It was very clean with concise instructions. Place is exactly as described and photos.
Clean, comfortable (including bed), nicely equipped studio condo. The small lanai and nearby condo pool were lovely. Some noise from a heavy walker in the unit above but otherwise quiet. One issue with figuring out how to turn on the AC was quickly resolved (hint: must hold the AC power button down on the remote for several seconds to activate). Overall, definite thumbs up!

Fully well equipped condo with all the conveniences. Close and easy access to everything on the Kona side. Easy also to adventure out. Highly recommend and would stay again when in the area.

Sweet Studio Condo on the water in Kona. The Lanai was very private, and lush. Everything you could want for water toys/supplies was there for my use. Myrna graciously allowed me to stay for late checkout for a late flight. The location was perfect. Highly recommend Green Flash Coffee/smoothie Place right next door! I was there for a wedding, but when I was alone, I had a great time too.....I could walk to Beach, Market, Coffee House...and the pool has a great water view. I highly recommend Kona Shores, and Sweet Myrna!

This was our second trip to this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is super comfortable and quiet. We love the layout and the furniture and bed are quite nice. Our host, Myrna, is always available and it is easy to see why she is a Premier Host. She is so helpful. We are looking forward to out next stay.
