Kapalua Golf Villa 15T2 is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo situated right on the Kapalua Bay Golf Course and offers an expansive lanai with panoramic views and central AC. This condo can accommodate 4 guests. The master bedroom includes a California king-size bed and has an en suite bathroom complete with a tile and glass-surrounded shower/tub combo. Additional guests may sleep on the queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a half bathroom off the hallway featuring a single sink and toilet.
The kitchen was recently renovated with updated appliances and finishings.
The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators. Staying in the prestigious neighborhood of Kapalua, you will enjoy being close to restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay, and more!

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

We have been to the island many times and stayed at various resorts and other golf villas. Our villa was as advertised, clean, welcoming, fully stocked and close to everything we needed. I highly recommend this villa and My Perfect Stays in Maui and will be returning and booking with them again. Thanks for an amazing time on our favourite island!

We wished we had stayed here for our entire 9 night vacation! We were moved to this unit due to problems in our original condo, and everything here was perfect (thank you Zac). The second floor bedroom was huge and the bed was comfortable. The main level living room, dining area and kitchen was very well-appointed. The stairway is high, but otherwise we were extremely satisfied. We would return here without question.

Loved our stay and property, would definitely consider staying again. The only criticism is that the kitchen is not really well equipped with necessities. A bit of a mish mash of items and not as "high end, or great quality" as it was specified. The linens are also advertised as "high end", they are not. They were fine, but not luxurious.
