My family had a wonderful stay in this excellent vacation home. The property feels clean and new. it is well appointed with nice touches everywhere - games in the cupboard, beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage and more kitchen supplies than we have at home. The beds are comfortable, and there are ample bath towels, beach towels and other supplies. We were very comfortable all week.
The house is quite large, with a lot of space to spread out. We loved the outside lanai and pool, which was perfect for family happy hour. As someone commented, there is only one television, but we all agreed that just about right for a Hawaiian vacation. We gathered in the entertainment room a couple times to watch a movie together, and it was perfect.
The property is surrounded by a lot of open space (golf course) and is a bit remote, but we all enjoyed the peacefulness. The drive into Koloa or Poipu beach only takes a few minutes.
The folks at Parrish were very attentive. Check-in and check-out were easy. They even texted a few times during the week to make sure we were comfortable. They were also responsive to questions or requests. When we missed trash day and filled the outside garbage can, they had it removed the same day.
All-in-all, this is an easy five star rating. Both the property and the customer service are first rate.
