The home is very lovely. It is a nice floorplan and very well decorated location is great. The only problem is the fourth bedroom is not actually a bedroom. It’s a closet that they put a single bed in. There is no air conditioning in that room and also no closet. If we would’ve known that, we would not have rented this home.

Loved the layout of this 4 bedroom house with large rooms and plenty of extra hang out space for 5-6 adults. The furnishings were in very good condition and appropriate for this plantation style beach house. We will be coming back!

Spacious, well laid out, incredible location, responsive property management! Second time we have stayed here.

Quibbles:
* Floor is sticky, even when you first get there
* Rugs are gross and dirty
* Primary suite shower drain blocks up
* Wouldn't be hard for them to accumulate some spices, staples in the pantry across guests
