Beautiful property with a wonderful relaxing home feeling. It has more amenities than advertised. The pool is perfect and inviting. They truly go out of their way to make you comfortable. We had a lovely family vacation with the 10 of us making memories, experiences, and taking lots of photos. Mahalo!
Great house. Totally setup with all the amenities, utensils, etc. A pool that was used all the time. Walking distance to the beach which also happened daily. The host was very responsive to all my questions, and the management company was also very helpful.
Fantastic visit to a beautiful home in the perfect spot on the south side….16 family members for a family reunion and it could not of been better……the houses accommodated all nicely……the ohana was used as the quiet house for the older generation and the main house was were all the action was……everything you could possibly need is already there…….check in and out is a breeze……only one minor pool issue in a 9 day visit and it was immediately resolved after a simple text….you can truly see the effort Brian and his team put into making your stay as wonderful as possible from the minute you walk in the door…..Mahaloz to the entire team for making my family’s first visit to Kauai special…..several of them said they can’t wait to come back

Great space for multi generational family of 16. Kids loved the pool and location was great for beaches, dining and shopping. Neighborhood was safe and beautiful. Loved the porch with rocking chairs and allthe beach gear. Thank you!
Our family of 17 enjoyed our stay so much! We’d definitely stay here again. The house and cottage was stocked with everything you need! Pool and all the pool toys were great entertainment for our grandkids. House was very clean. Brian and Nica communicated quickly on any questions we had prior and during our stay! Mahalo!
Property was just as described and photographed. Over the years we have rented several other properties including Kauai. This was the best stocked kitchen ever, and the house and cottage accommodated our family of 11 very comfortably. The generous supply of beach towels and equipment was much appreciated, as was the pool and access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Our teens enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. The laundry facilities were also much appreciated. Home is convenient to Poipu beaches, shopping and restaurants -- good surfing and body boarding plus sightings of sea turtles and monk seals!
This was a slice of heavan on earth. Immaculately clean, wonderful communication, everything we needed for a small wedding gathering. We had an absolutely fabulous stay. Great pool, kitchen, grounds, outside shower and extras. One of the best rental properties ever.
House worked perfectly for our family of 12. Nica was wonderful to work with. Very helpful and responsive. Our family has stayed in some very nice homes in the past but this property was our favorite.
We had the best time. We loved the house and pool so much that we ended up spending majority of our time there. It was perfect for our family of 10 and was spotless upon arrival.The house was stalked with pool toys as well as beach toys and had more than we could have asked for
We brought our family of 14 and we ranged in ages from 1-75. All had a wonderful time. The house was absolutely perfect. Great folks to deal with and would most definitely recomend it!
This property was just as advertised and was perfect for my entire family! The pool was warm and so picturesque with several waterfalls along the back wall, the yard was well maintained, the kitchen was stocked better than any VRBO we've ever had, and the beds were super comfortable. The cottage in front was also a great space & it too had a washer & dryer, small kitchen and was just right for my son & family. We had no complaints! And II definitely would recommend this property to anyone.
We would highly recommend staying at this property. It is conveniently located, clean, comfortable for large family and well-stocked with so many things you will need. There are lots of pool toys, the kitchen is well-equipped, a total of 3 washers and dryers, baby accommodations, creature comforts and multiple spaces with comfy seating for hanging out. Nica and Brain, too, were on top of any and all communications and made our family trip seamless and memorable. We didn't want to leave! Truly Heaven on Earth!
The property was amazing and everything the listing said it would be. We were a group of 14 (grandkids, kids and grandparents) and we all loved the house. The layout worked for everyone! The garage had plenty of beach chairs and toys and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner and property manager were always quick to respond. We loved this property and would love to return one day. The house is great and we had a wonderful 2-week stay. There’s lots of space and unlike other rental properties in Hawaii, this one is VERY well stocked: it had tons of toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry and dishwasher detergent. The garage is also full of beach chairs, snorkel equipment, floaties, snorkling equipment, a wagon, and baby stuff. The kitchen has a rice maker, two slow cookers, an instapot, and a vitamix—which made cooking for a large group much easier. The fullsized fridge and freezer helped too. Our communication with both Brian and Nica was quick and easy. When I mismatched our booking to flight availability, Brian went above and beyond and made arrangements for my family for the extra night we needed at a nearby resort.
We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and spacious for the 15 of us, including the cottage. Very well stocked with everything you need, including lots of beach and pool toys. We would definitely stay there again!
We enjoyed our week at this Beautiful, Well Located Upscale Home. My wife, myself plus our three children & their families had an outstanding get together, long over due. The pool was the gathering place after each group returned from their activities of the day.
My fiance and I came to Kauai to have a small destination wedding with our closest friends and family. This house was a DREAM to stay in. Gorgeous backyard and pool, commercial fridge and freezer in the kitchen with a ton of space for food and drinks for everybody staying there, pristine bathrooms, and 2 master bedrooms made this the perfect place to have our family and friends stay with us.
While we had some small issues in the cottage, the house manager was very responsive and helpful and we got the issues fixed pretty quickly.
Overall it was amazing and we’d love to stay here again in the future.
Nice, spacious house. Pool was loved by all. We rented both the house and cottage. We had four cars that fit well in the driveway.
The property is just as beautiful as it appears in pictures. My (now) husband and I stayed there with family during the week we got married, and it was the perfect place for people to relax after exploring and to get ready for the ceremony. Everyone is already talking about going back someday!

We loved our stay-very clean, roomy. We were there on a vacation with our 4 children and their spouses and grandchildren. They provided alot of extras such as beach chairs, beach wagon, ice chest, baby supplies including stroller, high chair, pack n play. The kitchen appliances were great for our family for cooking meals. Very close to beach. The outside area and pool were beautiful to relax. Thank You so much for a great experience
We had 15 people ages 6-60+ from 6 households from 3 states come together and this house was perfect. Bedrooms are spaced out enough that you feel like you have your own space. The pool and backyard are beautiful and provide a peaceful oasis to relax while the kids swim. The house is fully stocked with anything you'd need...just check the cabinets! I would highly recommend to any family.
Fantastic house! Loved the large, open great room that had enough room for all 13 of us to hang out together while cooking and dining. Pool was lovely--surrounded by grass that allowed more of us to lay out by the pool. House was very clean and fully stocked. Location close to good places to shop and eat. Cottage is a bit awkward to enter (had to open the garage door or go around the entire building to enter through regular door), but it worked well for us since we mainly used the cottage just for sleeping. Communication with property manager was awesome. Would love to be able to stay again...
Our family (group 14) stayed for 9 days. The property is beautiful and has everything you could need, including: beach and pool toys, beach chairs, beach/pool towels, air mattresses, life vests, beach wagon, all sorts of baby items (high chair, car seat, stroller, pack n play, etc), and much more. I recommend checking cabinets in the laundry room, kitchen, and bathrooms because there were a lot of items left by previous renters that were useful (spices, sunscreen, bug spray, soap, etc). We utilized the pool a lot because it was very relaxing and fun. The location was nice because the neighborhood is quiet and close to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this rental property — we would stay here again!
The property is beautiful and accommodated our family of 14 very well. Close to shopping and several beaches. Plenty of beach equipment (chairs, towels etc).
