Kamaole Beach Royale #412 is a unique beautifully-maintained spacious unit that provides two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a bonus office that is equipped with a desk for guests who would like to do some work while on vacation. There is also a bookcase stocked with books and games to enjoy. This unit has air conditioning in the living room and also has a ceiling fan in the bedroom. This unit includes complimentary wifi. The complex has nearby access to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and recreation. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. The primary bedroom provides a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom features a queen bed and a small flat-screen television. The living room provides a window a/c unit, a medium-sized SmartTV with cable. The spacious 28 ft lanai gives you lots of room to enjoy the view as you are cooled by the soothing tradewinds. Kamaole Beach Royale #412 also provides beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for outdoor adventures. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! A $500 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Kamaole Beach Royale is perfectly situated, only a few steps away from the beach. Our condo was very well equipped with everything we needed.Very nice kitchen, beach chairs, cooler etc.

Our family decided to stay in Kihei and we didn’t have any regrets. We loved the location of the condo as well as all the amenities it offered. The rooftop BBQ was a definite plus since our son caught mahi on a deep sea fishing trip. We snorkeled, paddle boarded, and saw so many turtles. So happy we found this location and hope to be back next year.

This property was brilliant. Before booking, we were unsure of where to stay in Maui as it was our first time. We lucked out by choosing this property, and wow, what a location. Everything was spot on with what we expected from what was included in the property. The addition of the beach chairs, cooler etc. was super handy and we utilized this every day. Highly recommend staying here and will be sure to stay here on our next visit to Maui (if available of course).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo, except for the AC, it was warm in the guest bedroom we slept with only a sheet, but we would still stay there again. The condo was clean and up to date, beautiful view and the rooftop BBQ area is amazing to watch the sun sets.
