We loved it here. So relaxing on the porch and loved the surf boards. It was a great place and the ac worked pretty well. Beds were comfy too.
The townhome is on the 3rd floor with a great view out the living room sliders. It is newly updated and very clean. It has all the supplies for the beach if you desire. It is in a safe neighborhood, although the barrs on the door did make me wonder on my arrival but after staying I felt very safe and comfortable in the home and surrounding neighborhood. Great little beach town but the beach in that area was brown not the beautiful blue you would expect. Overall this was a great location close to drive to all the touristy things and access to some great eating down the road.
This was perfect for what we were looking for
The condo was great with an excellent view of the ocean across the street. We were a party of seven, grandparents, parents, and three children ages 7-13. It was a full house, but worked out. Although it was a multi-age group, all of us enjoyed every activity, including boogie boarding and sunset watching on the beach across the street.
We loved this property and our visit to Maui. The accommodations were great and the location in Kihei was perfect. We were centrally located so that we could go to Paia or Wailea in about 20 minutes. The beach was right across the street and was great for snorkeling and soaking up the sun. The unit we stayed in was very clean, had sufficient bedding, and an AC unit in each room. The kitchen area was great and sizable enough to meet any need. The hot tub is no longer there, but the pool area was very nice.. Communication with the property manager via text was extremely quick and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
Pefect spot for our family vacation. We were welcomed with chocolates, tea and a small gift. The kitchen was really well equipped which was perfect as we cooked a lot at the condo. The washer/dryer in the condo was brilliant! Also, the flashlights, coolers, snorkels, boogie boards and surf boards were fantastic! Loved the location
This place is nice and by the beach. It could use a deep cleaning and general maintenance so hopefully they address some issues for the next guest. It was comfortable for our little family.
We stayed here for 2 days and totally loved it.Location is close to the ocean and has waterfront view.

We loved the gorgeous views of the ocean from this condo. It looks completely renovated and was decorated beautifully. It's located across the street from beach access. We walked the beach each morning. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc) in the closet was super handy. Our favorite part was eating and hanging out on the patio and watching the sunset. The location is central to most parts of Maui. Great condo!
