Property manager called us before checkin to let us know the property was available early -- a nice touch. The best thing about this property is the view from the lanai and the living room. Spectacular. We had issues with the bedroom -- it has no window that opens, only a fairly loud air conditioner placed right next to the headboard. If you don't want the air conditioner on at night, you are left with the ceiling fan. The non-openable window faces the street side and you can get some noise. The location is okay -- not really walkable to shops and restaurants, but they are only a short drive away. We would likely rent this unit again.

The condo has a beautiful view and is centrally located. It was clean and well maintained. The A/c in the bedroom is quite loud, but makes for good white noise to sleep. It isn't the most fancy of places, but was perfect for our laid back needs. We would return! Aloha!

We had a really nice stay. After an unexpected snafu that was no fault of anyone’s the property management took great care of us and got us a new accommodation. We were very bummed to not have longer at Koa Lagoon as it was a stunning view and we loved the beach out front. Grateful for our short time there and would book again!

Condo was as shown on the listing. Clean and comfortable. View was very nice, and area felt safe. Central location made traveling around the island very easy. Communication was great before, during and after our stay.

The condo is fantastic! Clean, well stacked with all necessities, and the view beyond comparison. Could not ask for a better location in Kihei. Will definitely go back.

We had an amazing time here. The property is in such a great location, and the view is exquisite!! Nice and quiet, the beach below isn't crowded. Very cosy. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful and we will definitely stay here again!!!

This condo has a large lanai, with the most beautiful view, where we watched the sunsets and whales. The condo is old but everything was functional and was perfect for two people. The complex is very quiet with beautiful grounds and seems aimed at adults vs families. The beach is rocky and the water is swimmable, although we preferred to swim/snorkel elsewhere. There are a lot of restaurants and stores close by which is convenient.

The unit was well appointed and has the best views! We were there for 2 nights and the proximity to Kihei restaurants and shops was perfect for us. Easy check-in and check out. Had a great short visit with the convenience at Koa Lagoon.

Location was great. Stones throw to beach. Easy access to beach. Peaceful. Elevator to 5th floor was a plus. Unit was as described. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Good location to start daily adventures. Would go back on a return trip to Maui.
