Leinaala Oceanfront #303 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the 3rd floor with a panoramic ocean view. It has window air conditioning throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, a TV in the living room, telephone service, and free WIFI. There is a queen bed with a brand new mattress (March 2022) a ceiling fan, a/c in the bedroom, and a tub shower combo in the bathroom. The living room provides air conditioning as well as a sofa bed with a brand new mattress (March 2022), a recliner, and a television. Enjoy the gorgeous view and the cooling tradewinds as you relax and enjoy a meal on your private lanai. Very lovely unit in an older building but lovely clean and quiet location. Lanai was terrific and the grounds spectacular. Fun watching people walking their dogs. Could spot whales too. Parking space was very tight but otherwise a great stay. Walking distance to many great restaurants and grocery store

This place was in a great location to explore Kīhei and Maui, and the views can’t be beat! Access to the beach was incredible and we enjoyed sunset each night. It’s a very basic, no-frills place but you’re renting this place for other perks.
Only downside is that the mattress needs to be replaced. It’s old and my wife and I struggled to get comfortable in it each night.

The location is hard to beat, just steps to a good beach for swimming and walking and sunset views as beautiful as you can imagine. The condo, grounds and pool were all well kept. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay.
