The Island Colony building has a convenient amenity floor hosting a recreational deck, a gym, pool, dry sauna, and Jacuzzi. As well as BBQ grills, ice-vending machines, and even a mini-mart. This building is well maintained, has a fire sprinkler and smoke alarm in each unit, and has 24-hour security.
This unit is conveniently located in the high-rise Island Colony building in central Waikiki, within walking distance to countless shops and restaurants. Nearby, you'll find the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and the newly renovated International Marketplace, as well as the famous Waikiki beach and much more.
