1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. The room was just as advertised. It is in need of a few repairs/updates, but we knew what to expect. We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching all the action. The view and location are prime. The bed was especially comfortable. It would have been nice to have better seating options in the living area, but we made it work. The Ilikai is a beautiful hotel with lots of great history. There are shops and a bar and restaurant. We did not try the pool, but it didn’t seem to ever be over crowded. Parking is in short supply in Waikiki, so it’s nice to be able to walk to nearby restaurants.
