We highly recommend staying here and will stay again. Bright and clean. View of the sunrise is amazing . The beds were very comfortable and fit our family of four with room to spare. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more. Beach gear is provided along with a four wheel cart to carry all your gear to the beach. The beach is two blocks away, and food and stores are within walking distance. We loved the free parking pass ( usually 43 a day) Communication was fast and friendly. Price is very reasonable. Elevators are upgraded so we didn’t have a problem with wait times being on the 29th floor. Can’t wait to go back !
Conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, shopping and tour pickups. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay there again.
The condo was amazing! Beautiful view, very neat and clean and close to everything. My mom has a knee replacement and was able to make the short walk to the beach, which was about 1.5 blocks. The instructions the owner gave for checking in were spot on. I had no problems. I would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed the stay in this condo. It was comfortable and a good location. The kitchen is well set up and we cooked many meals here. The cleaners need to pay attention to under the beds. We enjoyed the beach items. The most inconvenient thing was the elevator. They never seemed to all be in service and the waits could be long at peak times. The a/c could also be updated as it barely did the trick at times, but all in all this was an excellent choice and good value for our group and I would stay again.
Clean, convenient, reasonably priced with parking included. Beautiful views of the golf course and Manoa and Palolo Valleys.
During our stay the light in the small bathroom went off and we were unable to change the lightbulb. The beach chair straps were cut rendering it very difficult to carry them to the beach.
A small investment by the owner would make this appartment so much better!
It looked clean when we first arrived but after being here we started to notice things like there was hair on bathroom floor dust on bed headboards was very thick and on lamps the kitchen wasn’t well equipped there wasn’t a toaster pots and pans were stored in the oven (good thing we noticed before using oven). Was supposed to have 4 beach chairs and only had 2. Overall we found it bare and very unwelcoming
Overall, it was just okay. It was reasonably clean upon arrival, except that the tables and counters needed a wipe off. The high floor location and free parking are great. The beach chairs and boogie board were nice. The amenities in the kitchen are sorely lacking. The two beds were not full size, they were strangely shorter and less wide than a standard double/full. The weirdest thing was one day I got a call from Stanley asking if he could come in to get something from the closet. I told him that we were not at the unit and he said that he would just come in to the entry hall to get whatever he needed from the closet. I asked him if it could wait a few hours until we got back and he said no, then that he would get whatever he needed from his house instead. (Why not just do that to begin with?) I found this oddly unsettling for the rest of the trip. For check out, the instructions were not excessive but I did not appreciate the threat of charging my credit card if the level of “neat and tidy” that was expected did not meet their standards. I found this ironic since I had cleaning to do upon arrival of visibly dirty table and counters. Finally, the AC unit did not adequately cool the unit; we bought a fan to help move the air and kept all the curtains closed during the days which kept it from being too warm but it was hardly cool. In fairness it was August but the existing AC unit (with its dirty filter) was not adequate for the size of rooms it needed to cool.

I just had the best time at this awesome place in Waikiki! The location is absolutely perfect, just a quick 5-minute stroll to Waikiki beaches. Great for walking

The bathroom remodel not really a remodel because the bathroom is so dark you can barely see if you have gotten all the sand off your legs
The place comfortable, it had all the beach goodies you could ask for. We had beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and sandals which i forgot to bring. the attached parking garage is great try to get there early to get a spot. It is a tight garage so hope you are a good driver

The person we were dealing with was Stanley. He was very nice and friendly, and got back to me with any questions I had. having a kitchen and barbeques down on the pool level work great for us. I would totally recommend this to anybody wanting to have a great vacation.

The teflon skillets in the kitchen were not usable according to my wife and the microwave in the closet was a little inconvenient. The condo itself was nice but the elevator movement was evident at night since the condo is next to the elevator shaft.

My family and I loved this place. Great view of the mountains specially at night. The view of the lights from houses on the side of the mountain at night was fantastic!!! This place was definitely worth it. There were 4 of us-my 2 daughters, my wife and I- and the place was just right. There were 2 full size beds so my wife and I used one of beds. My youngest daughter took one of the beds. My oldest one slept on the day bed. It was just perfect for us. The room was also clean when we got there. We met Stanley when we got there who was very nice. The place is also just a couple blocks to Waikiki beach as well as to the strip where we did some shopping. This place is definitely awesome and very close to great places. My family and I loved it. Its definitely worth renting.

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 909. The property is in a great location. The owner is super responsive. I only gave 4 stars because there was a bit of confusion during check in (the building is under construction so for our comfort the owner provided with an alternative unit, and there was a delay getting the parking pass through no fault of the owner). But the new unit more than made up for these small changes. Great value, would stay here again!

Yearly visit to the Honolulu Marathon. Enjoyed the weekend and the unit we rented was well kept, organized and clean. Besides the striking mauka views we were satisfied and would like to rent it again.
Really enjoyed stay at the Waikiki Banyon, the condo was clean and had all we required. Stanley was easy to contact and very helpful. The view was awesome, looking to the back of Waikiki with maybe no sea view but pretty good views of the hills and the lights at night. Will stay there again if returning to Waikiki.
