Downtown location. Close to shops, parks, restaurants, gas & harbor. Beautiful city view.

Owner was responsive, very helpful and accommodating. There was an issue with my 1 bedroom reservation - the owner upgraded me to a 2 bedroom option with a better view. I would recommend this location.

Although this condo could use some updating, it was clean, quiet, comfortable, with all the necessities and conveniently located to town. We enjoyed our stay.

Ideal location in the middle of downtown. Sufficient room for a solo traveler or a couple. Fairly priced.

The property is very close to the airport, and to downtown. There are 2 good restaurants within 1 half mile. the owner was quite helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was an ideal spot for your morning [Kona] coffee. There is assigned parking.
We definitely will return.

The prompt responses from the owner was great and by text through the VRBO app. This was nice. There’s security and we felt very safe. The parking spot was close by and you can also park by the front door parking area for an hour to load. The building is very quiet. We weren’t disturbed by traffic or other tenants. We’ll equipped kitchen, nice bathroom as well as a comfortable bed. There’s air conditioning which gets cold very quickly. We didn’t leave it on for very long though. We mostly enjoyed the cool breezes from the 2 lanai’s.
We had a comfortable stay, and would be return customers if the occasion arises.
