You are just steps away from snorkeling, surfing, scuba diving, and paddle boarding. There is plenty to discover in the ocean waters along the west side of Maui! This is a ground floor, two bedroom and one bath DIRECT OCEANFRONT corner unit and is located in building 4 at the oceanfront of Maui Sands. You are far away from traffic noise, and 11 feet away from the beautiful pacific ocean. Come and hear the calming sounds of the soothing ocean waves. Wake up EVERY MORNING to the sounds and sights of the ocean, Moloka'i and sea turtles swimming by, and end each evening with the most BEAUTIFUL, UNOBSTRUCTED SUNSET VIEWS!

This seaside retreat has plenty of living and dining seating for up to 6 guests. You have an oceanfront view from the kitchen, lanai and living area, plus tons of natural light from this private, corner unit. The fully furnished and recently remodeled kitchen includes granite countertops, cooking island and all brand new stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, stove and a refrigerator/freezer. I have stayed at Maui Sands several times over the years and this is by far the best unit I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, great view, and close to the fun. If your looking for some R & R and beautiful sunsets I recommend staying here.

Our stay here goes beyond words! The condo is clean and fully equipped with everything from kitchen ware to beach needs. The neighborhood is quiet with local shops and an ABC store just a block away. The beach right in front (well the “backyard”) is what got us up everyday at 6am. We’d take a dip even before having coffee! This place MADE our trip! It was such a wonderful family experience. A great experience! Excellent amenities available! Everything we needed was there from a cooler to snorkeling gear to spears for fishing. Property owner provided a very useful online guidebook and there was also a very nice guidebook inside the condo. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.

This setting on the water was magical. The unit is in a older small complex, but quiet and low traffic. The longer I stayed (9 nights), the more I fell in love with it. It was easy to get to Kapalua and Lahaina which was nice. Lots of conveniences within walking distance. The fans were a bit loud, but we figured out how to keep the unit cool with the powerful air unit when not there so we could enjoy minimal noise when there. Our trip was amazing and the place and hospitality was on point. Thank you Anna.

A really fabulous small community location in Kaanapali. The ground floor apartment was spacious and ideal for our small family group and the patio is just as described with beach and beautiful ocean views right outside of back door. We found the patio so relaxing we found it hard to leave, but we tore ourselves away for several outdoor excursions. Bring binoculars and spot whales from the patio!
