Wonderful clean studio. Beach views superb. Only thing i would mention is the unit could use new towels both bath and beach.having an extra beach one so other one could dry. Also sheets were okay but crisp white sheets would feel better in the heat than grey polyester ones
This unit is the perfect location! The view is incredible and the owners are amazing and communicate well! We will definitely be coming back! We already miss it!
Napili is the perfect spot and this unit was wonderful. Sleeping next to the beach and sound of the waves was amazing. Everything needed is in walking distance.

Perfect location looking over all of Napili Bay! feet from the beach, everything went great! Near anywhere you want to go, whether it's a hike, atv tour, restaurants, snorkeling or just laying on the beach all day. Very clean studio. Listen to the waves all night! Thank you for the great stay, we will be back!
Great Studio for a couple. Used the kitchen every morning and bathroom was very clean and modern. Directly on the water. No problems!

We had the most amazing time at this condo. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Nothing can beat the view from the lanai and ease of access to the best beach!
Great condo, just as described
This is a fantastic little beach unit with exceptional ocean and beach access. It's well equipped with everything you need and being an end unit is nice in terms of privacy and quiet. The bed is VERY comfortable. It is directly on the beach so if waves crashing at night bothers you, then bring earplugs. Also, no AC in the unit. The trade winds offer decent cooling and we were very comfortable at night but some people that need it to be 65 degrees to sleep might struggle. There are two ceiling fans and box fan for additional air flow. Laundry room is available with a change machine that will accept $1 and $5 bills. It was $2 for a wash and $2 for a dry. Overall, great condo. We will definitely be back.
Feel like this place is a hidden treasure. The condo is right on the beach, you cannot get any closer! We had a great time and special thanks to Brent, the owner, who was so quick to answer any questions.
We've been to Maui 10 plus times. Usually stay in Kahana but always spend time at Napili. Pack up for the day, find parking, lug the crew to the beach then rinse and repeat. Last year we stayed, for the first time at a different condo at Napili. It was nice but you still have to a walk to the sand. This unit is on the sand. It's so close, on the beach you have wifi from the unit. We thought we might miss a pool but we didn't, especially since the beach was so close. The property is older but kept in pristine condition. There were no surprises in the unit- not bigger or smaller than it looks. Best part was how well it was stocked- that can be hit or miss. Beach chairs, cooler, wine openers, two coffee machines, salt and pepper- during our 8 night stay, we never looked for something that wasn't there.

We have stayed in this unit numerous times over years, so much so we have nick named it "our treehouse". The location is amazing and the owner of the property is very accommodating, and will always answer any questions promptly. If you stay hear you will never want to stay anywhere else. Cannot wait until next year.
Love everything about this place..
My wife and I love the Napili Bay Area and this unit was great. Cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
