    We were totally amazed at the beautiful touches and design elements selected by the owner and our interior designers. This show-case 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Puako on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island is filled with quality furniture and crafted pieces, authenic Pacific Art work. The Puako condos are located directly across the street from the ocean in the only condominium complex in this charming residential beach neighborhood. This unit comes with air conditioning and has ceiling fans. It is a 4 story building with an elevator and two swimming pools, one of which is a wading pool for children. The on-site residential manager personally oversees the tropical grounds and pool which are very well cared for. Puako is the sunniest place in the state with little rain each year. This oceanfront community is nestled between Mauna Kea Beach Resort and Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast.

    Feel the ocean breezes in your living room and master bedroom of this comfortable 2nd floor unit. This condo has been tastefully upgraded including new kitchen and bathrooms. Stay cool with tile flooring in the living room and kitchen and wood floors in bedroom. The condo has views of the two pools, partial Puako Bay, and the Kohala mountains. There is 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Full Kitchen, wireless internet, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, and an assigned parking space. The Puako General Store - a small, grocery/liquor store is located next door. Two of the island’s largest and nicest white-sand beaches, Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach, are also located very close by. Welcome to paradise!

    location was great. only negative is there is no airconditioning in the other two bedrooms. There were nights and days that were humid and the condo was stifling.

    Great location for snorkeling and diving out the front door. Close to some amazing beaches. We were looking for a quiet place away from the resorts and Puako Bay was it!

    Very well stocked. Plenty of towels (shower and beach). Boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkel gear were all in the condo. Saved us a bundle in rental fees. Noise is an issue. Basically can hear everybody’s conversations around the building. Not much anyone can do about that.

    We had a great 7 night stay at this property. The property manager was very responsive. Check-in and Check-out were very easy. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc for use at all the local beaches. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds. We used the master br A/C for one night but found keeping the windows open at night worked better. The condo complex was quiet and parking was easy. Clean, heated on site pool we used every day.

    The unit was very nice, completely as described. It was nice to stay in an area away from resorts. The unit was well stocked with an updated kitchen and comfortable beds. With windows open there was an excellent and nearly constant breeze which made AC (while available) unnecessary. Sound carried throughout the courtyard so keeping voices down was a good idea. There were many public access entries to the bay and beaches that were walkable. Shopping and restaurants were a short 10 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again!

    We like to come back to the same unit. Owners took pride on the appearance and comfort of the unit. We were pleasantly greeted by flowers and cabinet with essentials ( coffee, condiments) .

    This was such a great rental in Puako! It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had great appliances to cook with, beach chairs for us to use and walking distance to a great little beach. Highly recommend!
