Our Condominium
Our condo at Vista Waikoloa complex is surrounded by beautiful views of the ocean, lush gardens, palm trees, and fairways of the Beach Golf course in the famous Waikoloa Beach Resort. From the front door you can walk to the ocean, shops, restaurants, golf, the world-famous Hilton Waikoloa Hotel, and one of the Islands most beautiful and historical beaches, Anaeho'omalu Bay. This master planned luxury resort area is one of the premier vacation destinations in the world.
Our Condo F-305 sits on the top floor in the prime and private corner of the Vista Waikoloa complex, with expansive 220 degree views of mountains, golf course, palm trees, and ocean.
We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and our local contact will meet and greet you on your arrival.
The rooms are furnished with beautiful island themed furniture, and artwork.
The condominium has great natural lighting throughout the day, and you seldom have to use the AC. The breeze is very pleasant, and also has four ceiling fans for ventilation. Although there are few insects, all openings have screens.
If you do wish to close all the doors and windows, our apartment has central air conditioning in the living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen.
The large master bedroom has an ocean view, beautiful bed, drawers and TV. This room has great natural ventilation with a sliding door onto the lanai, opening windows and a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has an opening window, a queen size bed, drawers, and a ceiling fan.
The kitchen has new granite countertops and new tile flooring, and has everything one needs to prepare and consume beverages and meals. We have many appliances including blender, coffee machine, bread maker, rice cooker, side by side refrigerator with freezer drawer and filtered water and ice maker, clothes washing machine, drier, and dishwasher.
Our large L shaped lanai is ideal for dining (6 chairs), relaxing on our 2 loungers, and at most times provides a choice of sun or sheltered shade, and has a wet bar . Sitting on the lanai, surrounded by fragrant plumeria trees and swaying palms, with your fresh Kona coffee and papaya, you know you are somewhere very special. The lanai offers vistas that are just spectacular during the day, and clear starry nights.
We include all linens, and also supply beach towels, some snorkeling gear, and packable beach chairs for our guests.

We stayed for 8 days as we had a meeting at the Hilton Waikoloa (walking distance). We have travelled extensively and this condo is by far the best ever! It has everything you need; the decor is up to date and well maintained. The kitchen is big and very well stocked. They have thought of everything! There are condiments and baggies and appliances in excellent condition including a washer and dryer. It is quiet and the 180 degree views from the two sided lanai are incredible. We enjoyed the salt water pool and the hot tub. The bed (master) was so very comfortable. It was in immaculate condition. We loved eating on the lanai and watching sunrises and sunsets from there. It is walking distance to the Kings and queen shops with stores and restaurants. 25 miles to Kona and a Costco and Walmart and Safeway. We absolutely loved it. We had a lovely time. The location is great, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The view is incredible! We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Big Island.

We loved our stay at your condo. It was so comfortable with beautiful views. So much care and detail in a booklet of recommendations for the area. Great communication with owner and property manager. So many places that are walkable and accessible. We will definitely recommend to friends.

Very comfortable and nicely appointed. We had everything we need. Loved the lanais. The entire unit was nicely decorated and the king bed was very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and we loved the pool and jacuzzis!

My stay at E305 was wonderful. The condo was as listed and very comfortable. The views from the living room and the lanai are just amazing. We ate all meals on the lanai. Irena the property owner was wonderful to work with especially since this stay was supposed to be in 2021 but couldn’t due to Covid. Greg the property manager was also wonderful to correspond with. I’m hoping to stay at this property again in 2024. I would recommend this property, you would not be disappointed. Mahalo Irena and Greg

This condo had plenty of room for two couples to relax and stretch out. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked and even included some basic food items for our use. Beds are comfortable and the unit was very clean. We appreciated the beach towels, coolers, and beach chairs for our excursions. We would definitely rent this unit again. The photos are accurate -- this place is a gem!

Really enjoyed staying at this spacious two-bedroom condo in Waikoloa Beach. The balcony (lanai) has a million dollar, 270 degree view of the mountains, golf course, and ocean. That was our favorite place to hangout. The condo is very tastefully decorated with Tommy Bahama-type decor and the kitchen was well-appointed. The MBA has an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd BR has a smaller bathroom adjacent to it. The Vista complex where the condo has a great pool area, is gated, and has an upscale feel. A short 5-10 min walk from A Bay and the King and Queen shops. Would whole-heartedly recommend.
