The garden and buildings were a little shabby. All the people involved were great. Check in was difficult. Noise from upstairs was annoying. Overall good location to access adventures.

We stayed at 301 for 2 nights….it’s en excellent unit in an excellent development. Problem is the place was all sealed up for a long time prior to our stay so it was musty and smelly..We worked the afternoon the day of our arrival opening all doors and windows running ac and all fans.
By the next morning it was 90% of how it should be…other than moldy shower curtain
The bed was good all appliances nice, nice supply of beach chairs umbrellas…,apparently offsite owner very caring of unit….Vacasa just dropped the ball on our rental.

This condo is right by the road and shopping center with a Starbucks, juice shop, a few restaurants and a couple of clothing shops. It overlooks a lovely cactus garden. It is further from the beach than the other buildings, but the lower cost of this unit compared to others I priced made the extra few minute walk worth it (even with a toddler in tow). You are in walking distance to a kid friendly beach/ beach where turtles nest.
The condo had everything we needed for a nice stay.
I really enjoyed the athletic club pool and gym. You can walk, (it’s across the street and serves locals as well) but we drove there twice and really enjoyed ourselves.

The area is wonderful. The listing is deceiving. The club with pool is not great . Zero restaurants they have closed down . If you book here you MUST have a car ! Had I known this ahead of time it would have been nice . We spent a fortune on Uber ! Everything is miles away . For Anyone with disabilities or the Elderly DO NOT book here . There is No ramp a lot of stairs no handles in bathrooms and the toilet is very low to the ground. The bed is like sleeping on a rock . We could not find the dumpster to dispose our trash . I called to see if we could get our money back and go somewhere else and was put on hold for 45 minutes only to be hung up on . I called back and spoke to someone for 2 hours that was very nice . He was trying to find us anywhere we could eat and he couldn’t . He also couldn’t cancel the reservation . He said someone would contact me about a resolution, however never received anything. What a way to screw up someone’s vacation. The place needs some TLC maybe this is coming off of Covid . The listing needs to state true to form . It was definitely misleading.

What a great place. Straight forward check in with good instructions. Walking distance to lots of great food places and a beach that can’t be beat. The athletic club is about a 5 min walk from the unit but totally worth it. Sandy beach pool with an awesome gym and bar/ grill. Stayed at the unit for a week and hardly left the area because everything was perfect. Only bummer was the people staying above us apparently wear brick shoes and spent about 13 hours walking back and fourth across their unit…seriously. Overall the place and stay were exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely be back.

This was an immaculate unit in the quiet garden area of the resort. It has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Very close the best beaches, great food and all the amenities. We appreciated the boogies boards and snorkels in the unit. Also, as a family of 4, I appreciated the access to laundry facilities. Communication with host was great and threats that were left upon our arrival was so kind. This was our favorite place to stay in Kauai and we were so sad to leave.

This unit has views of the Moir Gardens, is steps from the beach, and is just across the street from a shopping center and Little Fish Coffee. We enjoyed the lanai each morning with our Kauai coffee to start our day!
The unit was clean and comfortable.
We unfortunately did need to move locations due to a plumbing issue caused by the above unit; however, the Vacasa team took care of us during this relocation.

The property grounds, location (proximity to the beach and restaurants), and customer service were excellent. However, the interior of the condo left much to be desired. It is very dated and unfortunately felt too “lived in” for our comfort level, i.e. there’s only so much you can do to get the surfaces squeaky clean. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. If the space would get some updates I would book again.
