Great location! Comfortable and clean unit. The two bathrooms/2 bedrooms were a plus for two couples traveling together. Kitchen well stocked. Owner responded quickly to questions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Banyan Harbor unit was clean and comfortable. Slightly worn but the kitchen had everything you could want or need and more. The unit had beach towels, folding beach chairs and ice chest. Even tennis rackets. The only negatives were road noise at peak traffic times and read your contract carefully for changes and cancellations- non refundable without enough notice. Also walking to local restaurants longer than expected from description

We loved this place! We were a party of two couples and it was a perfect amount of space for us. The location is within walking distance of a beach, restaurants and convenience stores. Groceries are a short drive away. The pool is fantastic and a great way to unwind. The grilling areas are convenient. We will be back!
