Immaculately clean BBQ area, family friendly lawn and picnic tables, heated swimming pool, hot tub and fully landscaped surroundings. This is an impeccably managed property. Charming tiki torches light your way into the evening to the lawn and courtyard area near the pool.
Bring the family or friends! You will enjoy all the amenities of home including a bright and open floor plan including a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, and lanai. This unit includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher, new queen bed in the master and queen murphy bed in the living room. The dining area comfortably seats 4 inside or outside on the lanai, while you enjoy the ocean view. We provide boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and cooler for your groceries or use at the beach. Included are Cable TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and free parking. Our Reviews say it all! We recently updated from bedroom only to entire living area AC for your comfort after a hot day at the beach to come back to for a cold drink!
Enjoy plenty of activities including whale watching, parasailing , canoe paddling, diving, snorkel with manta rays, deep sea fishing, paddle-boarding, coffee tasting, snorkeling, surfing, parasailing, dinner cruises, luaus, kayaking, tour boats and plenty of shops and great restaurants. They offer paninis and fresh pastries. smoothies and milkshakes…all wholesome and healthy. This place is amazing and a few steps away from your front door!
Sea Village is a 5-minute car ride away from beaches such as White Sands Beach and world class snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park where you will also find Sea Turtles. Head South out of Kona and you will find yourself in Kona Coffee Country where you'll find Kona coffee plantations. Visit Pu'uhonua o Honauna (also called The Place of Refuge), Volcanoes National Park, and if you go to Hilo don't miss Big Island Candies and their wonderful chocolate dipped shortbread. Championship Golf Courses and deep sea charter fishing tours are also nearby.

We had a lovely time staying at this condo. Appreciated all the amenities within the condo, for example, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. Loved having snorkel gear and beach chairs available as well. The condo had a great view of the ocean and we took advantage of the patio daily. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed 12 nights at Teresa and Rick’s beautiful condo. The view of the water from the lanai was breathtaking and it was pretty cool to see cruise ships come in to the harbour. This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of great restaurants and shops a 20 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The view was amazing! The condo and surrounding property were clean and easy to navigate. We used the pool and bbq every day! So close to town we were able to walk their each day. Loved our stay here and will definitely seek out this property for future stays in Kona!

We enjoyed our stay! Great place, good communication, and exactly as described. Amazing views, excellent location, and close to restaurants, beaches, and bars. There’s a coffee shop on-site, and amazing poke and banana bread down the road. We’ll stay here again!
