We welcome you to "Ohana Paradise," a place where time stops, and you hear the ocean from your home away from home. You can walk down from your unit in less than 100 steps to the sandy shoreline, which goes for 2.5 miles from Ma'alea to North Kihei. It's perfect for taking a relaxing stroll or jogging on the soft sand and offshore winds.

The Ohana Paradise unit is 1 bedroom and one bathroom that sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. The unit is bright, breezy, where you can hear the ocean waves from the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and lanai. Looking for a place to enjoy all the local scenery or venture far off to Hana or Haleakala, the Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located and within a short drive - airport, Lahaina Front Street, Wailea, Makena,

Maui is a special place because of the aloha and ohana spirit. You can truly come here to rest and relax. If you choose to venture off for the day, there are many things to do in Maui from nature activities in the forest, Hana, sunrise, or sunset on Haleakala (10,223 feet). You are surrounded by unimaginable magnificence from the ocean to the mountains. There is so much culture wherever you go. They are truly unique, and no other place has sunsets like these.

This unit provides you with all the amenities to rest and relax, whether indoors or outdoors. With just a few steps away from the sandy shoreline, soft white sand, and clear waters, you can also enjoy the heated pool, spa, or sauna. The kitchen is well equipped to support any adventure or activity. BBQs are situated right on the beach, where you can enjoy dinner as you watch the sunset. The bedroom has a king-size bed and ample closet and drawer space. The bathroom is well stocked with bath and beach towels, with a separate bathroom vanity to fit all of your essential items. At the end of the day, if you want to wash your clothes, the condo has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The "lanai," also known as the balcony, is a perfect place to enjoy your wine or dinner as you take in the ocean views. If you prefer to stay indoors, the condo provides central AC for your comfort.

Had a small snafu upon arrival and discovering that the VRBO “here are the keys to your trip” email didn’t actually include the key/access information - but was able to get a hold of a property manager who got us in. And all was great from then on- good amenities, great location!

We come to Sugar Beach for the great location and amenities, this condo was no exception. Clean and beautiful view of pool and beach. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Condo. This is by far the best equipped VRBO unit we have ever rented. Everything you need is here. We did most or our own cooking and the kitchen is very well equipped. There are beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella and sand toys for kids. Its a bit away from "downtown " Kihei which for us was great as its quieter. The beach stretches for miles so is never crowded. If you are a beach walker this is the place for you. Larissa the local property manager was prompt and helpful. The surf is gentle, so great for swimming. The pool at the resort is large and there was never a shortage of loungers at the pool or beach even over the busy Thanksgiving weekend.

We loved the location as it was central to most places on Maui and made for easy getting around to anywhere we went on the island. Perfect for a couple or small family, the unit had everything we needed to make our stay perfect and easy.

The place is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but who cares? The views are really great and so is the location. Very easy access to the pool and the beach. Easy to get all around the island from here. Lots of grocery stores, etc. around. Any issues we had were addressed very quickly and the property manager responds to messages right away. All in all, a very comfortable stay. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo- the location was great, the condo was furnished with just about everything we needed, and the view and beach access was perfect. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful stay! My family loved it. The apartment’s ocean view was better than the photos. My family enjoyed the pool daily - wasn’t too busy even over a holiday weekend. We enjoyed our daily breakfast on the lanai. Unit has beach towels, 3 beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler so no need to rent! Location was perfect!!
