We found Kihei itself to be a good starting point for various activities, and there are restaurants within walking distance. It is about 30 minutes from the airport.The apartment is very tastefully furnished - we felt right at home!Everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Checkin works online and you can choose the code for the entrance door - so don't forget (-;Communication with the management is online, prompt and very nice.At the on-site check-in you get a sign for the car and have a privately assigned parking space which is very helpful as you don't have to search for a parking space.We would definitely come back and we were sad to leave this place.Thank you very much !!!

Great condo in great location! Short 5 min drive to restaurants/shopping in downtown Kihei. We were a family of 4 and we found it very comfortable. Condo was very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Kitchen was also very well equipped. Would definitely consider renting again. Some minor comments that would have enhanced our stay: suggest purchasing new bed linens...they were old and with holes. Clean sofa - cushions were slightly stained.

This rental unit, overall, was very nice. It's very well located, has everything you will need. We were able to walk to most places, in the area. The only complaint that we would have is,we don't think the cleaning company cleaned the floor, before we got there.I was walking around and noticed my socks were very dirty.

We booked the condo a bit last minute (considering summer is a peak season), but so glad with what we got!! Kihei Akahi D113 is everything we need to stay comfortably in Maui. People mentioned about the possible loud from outside when someone walk because the bedroom is next to the aisle, but we don't have much trouble sleeping. They have 2 ACs, one on the living room and one on the bedroom. Both works well and made our stay very convenient!It is super close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The kitchen has everything necessary to switch between preparing meals at home and eating out. The balcony has a pool view and a nice place to see sunset/sunrise if we are not going to the beach. There are three Kamaole beaches nearby; the closest one is Kamaole II which is precisely in front of Kihei Akahi -- and also my favorite!!

Very nice apartment. There were four of us in the apartment, a bit cramped, but that's not a problem, you're at the beach all day or looking at the sights of the island.

We had a great time in Maui. We typically do not spend much time in our condo, so it didn’t bother us having this small space to hangout in. We did feel as though there could be a recliner or living room chair of some sort to allow for more seating, the couch wasn’t too comfortable for us 3 to lounge on together in the evening. We also could hear a lot of noise from the bedroom in the evening as people walked by or closed doors, other than that, we enjoyed the condo and the location near the Kamaole beaches and the space felt clean which was appreciated.

We had a great time at this property! Everything was ready and check in process was smooth. We felt very welcomed and this place made a very positive impression on us. It is very close to a beach that is not too crowded and has access to a lot of local businesses and restaurants. Feels modern and we loved the ocean vibe and decor. We would rent here again! High recommend!
