we were not happy to see that the grounds were not kept in the same condition as previous years. The leaves that fell from the trees were not picked up for weeks making walking to the pool gate very risky for the elder people
Our overall stay at this condo was wonderful! It was very clean & well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The photos show exactly what to expect inside. Everything has been remodeled. We are here for business and we've stayed in several places. One thing that I really enjoyed was being able to open the doors at both ends of the condo for a beautiful breeze. Not all places have this. It is a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping and most important, the beautiful Kamaole beaches!

We found Kihei itself to be a good starting point for various activities, and there are restaurants within walking distance. It is about 30 minutes from the airport.The apartment is very tastefully furnished - we felt right at home!Everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Checkin works online and you can choose the code for the entrance door - so don't forget (-;Communication with the management is online, prompt and very nice.At the on-site check-in you get a sign for the car and have a privately assigned parking space which is very helpful as you don't have to search for a parking space.We would definitely come back and we were sad to leave this place.Thank you very much !!!

Great condo in great location! Short 5 min drive to restaurants/shopping in downtown Kihei. We were a family of 4 and we found it very comfortable. Condo was very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Kitchen was also very well equipped. Would definitely consider renting again. Some minor comments that would have enhanced our stay: suggest purchasing new bed linens...they were old and with holes. Clean sofa - cushions were slightly stained.
The condo fit my family of four so well. It was clean and comfortable. Right by the pool and we were so content.

This rental unit, overall, was very nice. It's very well located, has everything you will need. We were able to walk to most places, in the area. The only complaint that we would have is,we don't think the cleaning company cleaned the floor, before we got there.I was walking around and noticed my socks were very dirty.
