Loved our stay. The sunsets were priceless!
Owner was great and very communicative, property is as listed, we walked right out to the beach, walked to coffee shop, grocery and restaurants. The location on the island is also amazing - easy to get around the entire island from here. The owner kept us informed about what was in the house, it was well stocked for simple cooking and snacks and such. Not promised, but other guests left beach chairs that were most welcome to use. Laundry in the building, not in the unit, and it cost, but we were grateful for the owner providing laundry soap. Suggest that you bring you own larger shampooconditioner. Yes, the kitchen had what we needed to cook a few meals, containers to bring snack with us out on our travels. Yes the kitchen is a bit old, but you don't come here for the kitchen, go sit on that porch and watch the ocean! We loved our visit. Our check in was a bit off because of a new air conditioner being installed, but that was really minor and they kept us informed. We used the fans the whole trip, it was never hot enough to turn the AC on. (April) 3rd floor walkup. We did not even look for an elevator. Everything in the unit worked, the building was nice and quiet, and the views are spectacular. It really was a great location.
My husband and I spent 3 weeks in this well appointed condo. A very comfortable condo with a king size bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Not super fancy but really felt like home. Nothing compares to the view from this place. We look forward to returning
On the site this place looked perfect. To our surprise when we got there it is not a one bedroom, but a separte space with a bed. In the shower we had to shower with the plunger if not ot turned into a bath. Roaches in the kitchen, and had to wear shoes in the condo because the floor had not been washed. I guess the one good thing was the sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. The location and view are fantastic. The beach is right here and there are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby and a grocery store just a block away. The unit was clean and well equipped (but could use hot pads and new wash cloths). The bed was very comfortable. The weather was so nice that we didn't need to use the air conditioner, but every appliance we used functioned well. And thanks for providing beach chairs.
This was our fourth stay here and it remains our favorite condo and location in Maui. Cannot beat the price and view.
The property itself is beachfront, the view, phenomenal, especially at sunset!
The condo itself, I believe, is listed as a 1 bedroom, however, it’s more of a studio as you walk into the condo you’re in the bedroom, then down the hall, a bathroom on your right and to the living/ sitting area. No real privacy from one space to the other, which worked out okay, but not what we’d expected/ ideal as that’s what we’d expected from the listing. The wall a/c unit was in that living/ sitting area which was great in there, however, not so good in the night when both the heat and humidity were high in the bedroom area, could use another on the wall in that room for sure. We were grateful for the fans! The bathroom shower was slow to drain, and could use a shelf for your toiletries, be sure to bring them, as on our first night the teeny tiny bottle was only enough shampoo for half a head. We had to leave to get more after a day of travel. Also, the unit is in the 3rd floor, with no elevator!
Due to both the view and the location, overall, I’d give this a 3.8 rating. Not the fanciest, clean linens, comfortable bed; but could use some improvements for sure. The space is clean, does have the equipment to get the job done, but you’ll need to go to the store on your way in, unless you bring everything with you.
Either way, even with the devastation and mourning in the recent wildfires of Lahaina and surrounding areas, Maui truly is a magical place.
>everything was great except there could have been a bathmat for the floor in the bathroom floor was slippery when you stepped out of the shower. Also a place to put soap and shampoo in the shower would be nice. The pace was clean and very satisfactory. Enjoyed my stay.
Small older unit with beautiful views. Could use some updates but overall nice place
