Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Groceries, golfing, and swimming were close by. Everything else requires a car. House was supplied with beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chest and paper good as well as plentiful linens. Next door house had noisy tenants; the Neolani responded sufficiently to our complaint. We would happily return!

Reviewer Comments: We are a group of 6 seniors who travel together. This home was the best lodging we have had. Very well stocked in the kitchen, more than well-stocked in linens and beach towels, very clean, so spacious and comfortable!! A very nice beach was close-by, interesting historical parks near-by! It was so interesting to drive through lava fields on the way to the property and also to see the wild goats roaming the lava fields!! Such an excellent choice for lodging. The management company was very professional and responsive!!

The kitchen was well organized and the extra refrigerator in the game room came in handy. The bedrooms were very comfortable and easily handled our large group. The kids loved checking out the birds and geckos each morning before we headed out on our adventures. The house is in a great location. We also enjoyed using the community pool. We are already planning a return stay. We had so much fun!! We would highly recommend this home in Waikoloa.
