We enjoyed our stay. This location is very convenient. We found a good snorkeling beach 10 min south and manta tours 15 min south. We loved how close it was to things we wanted to do in the area. The complex is ocean front and we enjoyed the sunset views at the pool. The pool and hot tub were great. The complex has very nice common areas and landscaping. The condo has lots of extras such as a closet full of beach equipment - chairs, sand toys, snorkeling. We appreciated all the hooks to hang swimsuits and towels. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Everything was very clean when we arrived and we had good communication with the manager. There were a few things that could be improved. It was 81 degrees in the unit when we arrived and took a whole day to cool to down. The air conditioning is on a 4 hour timer and so you have to keep turning it back on. If you turn it off the condo gets hot quickly. This was an annoyance in the night as I appreciated the white noise and was awoken by it stopping, plus I like to sleep in a cool room. The second bedroom without a/c was not usable so my kids slept in the living room to stay cool. The living room is quite large so there was room for them to pull the mattresses in and sleep there. The sofa bed in the living room has a sign that it’s broken. We appreciated the extra fans in the complex. They were helpful to stay cool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. While it’s not a new complex, it is well maintained and the grounds are well kept. Everything we needed was there - well stocked kitchen, beach and pool equipment, and AC when it got a bit warm inside. The lanai has a wonderful ocean view with amazing sunsets every night. Close to great restaurants and shopping.
Sea Village is a great place to stay. Wonderful pool and bbq area. Plus is a great location, easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping.

Unit was about what I expected based on the description. It is dated, the sofa bed is broken and the kitchen, while well supplied, is full of old pots and pans. The same is true of the beds and linens. The table and chairs on the deck are bar height which for short people and mobility challenged people a problem to use. Unfortunately during our stay the pool was out of order so I cannot comment on it. The property management team was great. Super friendly and responsive. I encourage the unit owner to invest in some updates to improve the experience.

The property overall was very nice. It was on the water but without beach access. Very good common areas with gas BBQs, tables, lawn and pool area. The unit itself was clean but dated. It was described as having A/C but none of the units in this complex had central or window units. Instead, this one had two portable A/C units, one in the living room and another in one of the two bedrooms. The living room unit was too small to do much cooling. Sleeping at night was uncomfortably warm. The bedroom without A/C was almost unsleepably warm. We tried sleeping in the living room but the bed frame in the convertible sofa was broken and unusable. The unit was supplied with an inflatable double mattress which we deployed in the living room instead. It didn’t ruin our vacation, but it made it less than comfortable at night.

Great location, the grounds were very nice, but when we arrived the temp in the condo was 85 degrees, there are only 2 floor A/C units in the condo, and they struggled to pull the temp down very fast, and they have a TIMER on them to shut off, this made our first night very uncomfortable temp wise. My son moved to the couch just to have some relief but still barely slept. We opened up the sofa bed the next night and it was broken . Overall the condo needs a good update on the inside. Would not stay there again and would not recommend, there are better places.

We stayed here 5 nights after a 3 night stay in the Kona Village right next door. This place has a larger pool area, bbqs and picnic tables in a communal area in the middle with sunset views. You can also see the sunset from the balcony in the room! We received a small gift bag with some coffee and travel essentials in the room. Management was attentive and we even got locked out one evening and someone arrived within 20 mins to let us back in for a charge. It's pretty near downtown Kona, but not walking distance. The condo is quite large with 2 different air conditioning units that was nice for our stay because it was pretty warm. Great room with a lot of nice amenities in the room. Make sure you look in all the drawers because we found the guide book that I purchased in one of the drawers at the end of our stay!

The condo is clean and grounds are well kept. Location is good. Beds and linens were cheap and sofa bed was terrible. The floors have no insulation and you hear every footstep above you. We stayed 16 days and was woken up from sound before 6: AM every single morning. Nice pool area, hot tub had issues most days. The next guest walked in on us using the Dropbox key 4 days early. I would recommend for very deep sleepers not using sofa bed.

The property description regarding location of the rental and amenities is accurate. The good - the overall property is well maintained and there were staff around everyday cleaning the bbq area, maintaining the pool, and maintaining the grounds. The unit 3203 was generally clean and well stocked. The Air conditioning worked well. The bad - There were no firm pillows for sleeping. They were all really soft. The bed in the master bedroom is not very comfortable. I have read other complaints about people hurting themselves on the wooden bed frame base and I was no different. The carpet runner on the floor from the door to the kitchen wasn't very clean. The sliding door to get to the patio did not slide very easily. Sometimes it required two hands to get it to move. The ugly - there wasn't anything ugly
We were very impressed with our unit and the overall property. The unit had very nice furnishings and was very tastefully decorates. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed.
Two minor things: We were surprised that the unit did not have more supplies such as hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. We were supplied one time with toilet paper. After that, we were told that more supplies were not available due to the terms of the contract. We were taken by surprise and went out and purchased our own. We have never had to do that at any property we have ever stayed at. So this took us by surprise, but it worked out okay.
Another item of concern: They dryer picks up quite a bit of lint which is a good thing. We never realized how much lint collects underneath the screen in the lint door. After removing the white screen and the second wire screen, I went in an removed lots and lots of lint. This was after I had cleaned the lint door the day before. I'm just mentioning this as a safety precaution. I'm not sure if this is a problem or not.
A major item of concern is that we did not have a major functioning air conditioning unit in the back bedroom and are requesting this gets resolved for future guests.
The chairs and table on the patio are quite flimsy. The chairs are also hard to sit on.
Other than that, we had a marvelous stay. The view from the deck was beautiful, and the room was beautiful. We would stay there again. T

The unit is tucked back in the complex and the view in the photo is accurate regarding the water. It actually has a nice view of the grassy courtyard area. The condo is fine but could use some upgrades. It has a large great room and is nicely appointed. The other rooms need to be upgraded. The cabinets are old and hard to clean. It lacks a garbage disposal and the range fan doesn't seem to do anything. There are individual air conditioning units in the great room and master bedroom, which were necessary for several days, though we primarily used the ceiling fans, which are located in every room. The small bedroom needs an AC unit because it got very hot even with ceiling and other fans. The biggest problem we encountered was the wood bedframe in the master bedroom. The wood platform is about 6 inches too large for the mattress. Therefore, the sharp corners stick out and are difficult to avoid because of the small room with an AC. We constantly hit and cut our shins. We finally put hand towels under the corners of the mattress and draped them over the sharp wood to protect ourselves. The platform needs to be replaced with a bedframe that is safe. Knudsen, the property manager for the condo was very responsive when I had a few minor issues when we first arrived. Overall, we had a great time in Kona, loved the complex location and will be back for another vacation. We would recommend this unit only if the master bed issue could be resolved and an additional AC added to the 2nd bedroom.

When we got ready for bed we noticed bugs in one of the bedrooms in the beds. It was 8pm at night. We tried numerous numbers that were given to us to contact in case of emergency. There was no help to be given. They said they would send someone to spray for bug the next day. The individual that was supposed to sleep in that room had a to sleep on a chair in the living room. They came while we were not there and determined that they were not bed bugs so they did nothing. We had to go buy bug spray ourself. The bugs ended up in the other room in our suitcases and then all over the kitchen cabinets. We are not new to visiting the Islands. We have never had this problem before, Definetly frustrated with the lack of concern and help in dealing with the problem. And beware that if it is after hours there is no one to do anything.
There is also no free concierge. Could not get ahold of anyone with the information given.

I would stay here again but not only stay at this condo but feel very comfortable renting from Knutson and Associates. My family and I were very comfortable at this rental unit. It had everything we needed. The pictures are real presentations. The location is not far from shopping. We walked it twice just for the walk. The property management checked on us routinely to make sure our needs were being met. I absolutely appreciated that. We didn't need anything but to know they were willing to try to accommodate any needs we had was very reassuring. I will return to Kona and rent again. 1.) we were in the middle all your heart is people above you, we had people from 7pm-2am then people starting at 4am- whenever stomping, yelling blowing pot smoke off the balcony smoking for the full 14 days there. (Called the “after hours” for Todd to do something, called Knutson, called VI (victor). Todd is no help at all he’s the “manager” victor doesn’t answer his phone, after hours person doesn’t do anything, and sadly the only one willing to help knuton doesn’t manage that apt but tried his best to help. Todd and victor just didn’t do thete job at all. The front shower sprayed water all over the floor upon check in, (had to be fixed) the back bathroom dam sounded like someone screwing for 14 days. Adter front shower was fixed we got in turned it on got the kids in to rinse off, shower head “fixed” fell and spit my 3 year old daughters head open, I now have a hospital bill for stitches. Again knuton was the only person to help. Again fixed... Found a live cockroach on our last day in the front room. The black box fan was broke upon using it, sounds like the blade is catching the plastic. ALSO there’s no microwave ! have to heat everything in the oven or pan. Out by the pool there is a look out (outside the far gate) by the BBQs it’s super dangerous the metal is rotten/chewed up/ sharp right where you step/ sit. Got my foot the first time and never went back to sit there. Over all next time I’ll pay another 1k to stay at the Kona resort down the way, no sleep for 14 days was a nightmare and I had 2 kids, and pregnant, who went to bed by 6pm and never made as much noise as the people above us. The guy working knuton is AMAZING even refunded me for 3 nights but the $$$ I paid to not get any sleep and stitches in my 3 year old is horrible. The guy spending all his night being avalible 24/7 needs pay

We liked property it’s located almost center of all of the attractions. Added point there it has a pool which my kiddo most enjoyed along with oceanfront.

We stayed here for eight days and the property as a whole had nearly everything that we were looking for. Ample parking, good sized rooms, great BBQ area, clean and freshing pool, and a host of other positives to help you enjoy your stay.Few things need to be repaired/replaced... pedestal fan is broken and if you turn it on it rattles apart. Tongs fall apart when you use them. Screen door to the patio isnt in its track so it hard to open/afraid to break it. And the pillows need to be upgraded.Thanks again for letting us stay!
