The apartment is spacious and close to a beach a d a shopping center. The furniture would benefit from a makeover with most chairs having damaged backs, the shower lever missing it's cover.The view is mostly onto the back of other apartments. It's all functional but and we had a lovely time but for the price tag I would have expected a higher standard of maintenance.

the linens/towels need to be updated. there was no pillow for the sofa bed, had to take one from the bedroom. The bath tub drain was plugged on day one , I had to use the plunger to unplug it. The pots/pans were very poor quality and sizes, I almost bought a better frying pan for the unit . Also, I had to repair the toaster, It was bent and didn't pop the toast up. The kitchen table was not wiped down, you could see and feel sticky areas, possibly juice of some sorts. The dishes had a white film on them, so we washed the dished before we used them. Location was good, check-in was easy.
We'll start with the good: The unit is on a nicer resort that has multiple pools, games, sports activities and a restaurant on site. There are fun activities organized for kids (bingo, ice cream, etc.) that went over well. Additionally, it's near a kid-friendly beach.
Now for the bad: The unit lacked A/C, which wasn't mentioned on the listing. Only after we checked in did we learn about this. My parents own a unit in the property and were under the impression every unit had A/C. We ended up visiting Costco to buy two window units to use during our stay.
Additional issues:
- The host asked us to wash the sheets and towels before leaving but neglected to leave us detergent to do so. We had to buy our own detergent to accommodate their requirement. While that's not ideal we can accept having to buy detergent. The real issue is whether previous guests chose NOT to buy detergent, effectively "washing" the sheets in just water and then having the host present those as "clean" for us to use. Without asking the previous guests, there's no way to know for sure.
- The "clean" dish ware in the cabinets had dead flies in a bowl and a coffee mug.
- The bathroom soap dispenser had been watered down to make the hand soap last longer instead of being replaced.
We had a challenging stay with our family of four, two of which were young children who couldn't get comfortable with the lack of A/C in the unit and being in the constant heat and humidity. Overall, we would not stay here again.

The condo was well appointed and in a great location. There is definite need of a remodel. The blinds are rusted in place, the bathroom window screen is broken and the bath tub is treacherous to get in and out of. There were no directions on how to access the pool or amenities in the binder, but the kind fills at the check in desk helped out. But even with the above issues we would stay there again.

Worst experience ever. We gave it the benefit of the doubt after reading some reviews. Let me just start off with it smelled horrible even with all the window they left open for us. Was not the cleanest. No AC. Furniture and appliance’s are very outdated.Felt like no privacy.Blinds broken all over the condo. In the bedroom, I never changed since people can see inside. Don’t let me get started with the bathroom, blinds would not close in the shower neighbors from the top could see inside while showering had my spouse hold a towel up while I showered. Bathtub is almost impossible to get in and out of.Carpet is very dirty. Chairs cabinet broken. We were notified that during our stay a staff member will show up to fix a few thing I did mention a few things were broken we came back to blinds still not working kept falling apart. Washer not working when arrived.Only thing that got fix during our stay. They came in about 3 time to fix the washer inconvenient as we are getting dressed.We stayed for 7 days the condo was the worst part of our family vacation. Then we got pest control come in as we are getting ready to head out every morning it was something this is our 3 day they sprayed some pest chemical around the condo he sprayed our shoes by the door too and the carpet. Gross and very unprofessional of the person so I cleaned our shoes after he left, he could of asked us to move our belongings. Never used the dining, living, patio area after seeing the chemicals being sprayed our 3 day stay. We did not even stay in this place much because of how bad it was. We would leave right away as soon as we woke up and come back late at night. We were not comfortable at all. Bought air freshener-but that smell just wouldn’t go away. Like I said NO PRIVACY. People were just in and out. These things should of been handled before we arrived not during our stay.If I could share pictures and videos I would.

Love the big lanai! Spent most of our time there outside. Great resort pool and bar/grill, friendly staff. Appliances need attention--stove/oven, washer, and dishwasher.

Pros: Lots of space, clean, good location. Wayne was very responsive when we needed him. A view of the ocean from the lanai. New fridge. Bed comfortable. Beach chairs available. Cons: Really needs some updating. The cabinet doors in the bathroom are falling apart. Carpet has some staining. Bathtub is very hard to get into without slipping. Washing machine makes a very loud noise. No access to beach.
