I stayed there 12/30-01/07 with my 2 adult kids. The place is beautiful. Nice location right by the ocean. There is no beach per say. Not a place to swim, but its nice to watch/hear the ocean. Loved watching the sunsets from balcony, and waking up to the sound of the ocean. People were friendly and nice.

We stayed for 9 days!! Retirement vacation to paradise! Brian was so welcoming and informative about the area! The condo was newly renovated, clean and very homey… we wanted for nothing! The complex itself was in a perfect location.. and pool and waterfront Area had beautiful sunsets!!Thanks and cheers!
This is a lovely Kona condo right next to the ocean. The condo presents exactly as it does in the photos and is well stocked with everything you need. The property manager is very responsive and helpful.The long term residents are very welcoming andproud of their property.As a bonus, I saw whales right from the lanai several times during my visit.I would recommend this condo for people travelling solo and couples.
This is our second time staying here and I’m hesitant to leave a review and let everyone know how amazing this place is because I would like it to selfishly keep it an secret so it’s always available for us! I can’t say enough good things about this rental.. it’s a perfect size for a small family the view from the patio is amazing for your morning cup of coffee! What I love about this place is how modern and updated and clean it is! It has everything you need and the property is so homey and we feel so safe staying here! There are alot of regulars here who winter from Canada, Alaska and Oregon and they are all so welcoming and friendly! Will def be back again sooner than later!!!!
The spot was exactly as advertised, and even more. Loved the location for getting around the island along with a beautiful spot to watch the sunset. Incredibly useful having the chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear too. Will definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The apartment was clean, the kitchen is very well equipped including an assortment of spices, furthermore it comes with washer and dryer inside the flat. The view from the balcony is magnificent, and you can enjoy the sundown. The residential complex is quiet, well-kept and comes together with several nice and relaxed people. There is a parking lot for one car that you need for sightseeing and shopping on Big Island. In a nutshell, everything you need at a fair price, and we highly recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved staying at Lily’s Kona Hideway!!! Brian was so helpful and responsive. The condo was so nice and updated with everything we needed. Kona Isle is an amazing condo complex. The condo community was so friendly and welcoming. We loved the sunsets, grilling, birds, pool, grounds, close proximity to Kailua-Kona.

The view from the lanai was better than we expected. Evenings watching the sunset either down in the front lounge chairs or from the lanai will be our best memories. So glad we chose this north facing condo. The ones across, facing south, seem to be extremely hot. We did not need AC.
Our only down side comment is that we had trouble getting the TV to stay connected to the internet and were unable to stream shows during most of our stay.
We had the most amazing time at Brian’s condo! It is fully stocked unlike so many that I have stayed in that absolute nothing in them all the dishes, appliances, seasonings, sandwich bags, tinfoil, soap, flash lights and fans you can move around the condo! We left behind some sand toys which were the only items missing from this fabulous condo. Everyone here was so nice and we used the bbq grilling station a few times it was so relaxing listening to the waves crash against the rocks while we grilled steaks we even seen whales and spinner dolphins one day! The parking lot at this condo is a huge plus and it’s walking distance to a cute little farmers market that has possibly the best fish tacos from a food truck I have ever tasted! Will def return had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids.
