    Tara Tabon has been outstanding assisting us with the replacement of our microwave and catching a potential water leak on the unit above ours. Her communication with us is quick and efficient and she never misses a beat! We feel so fortunate to have her as our manager.

    Very nice, clean unit. No frills. Flat panel TVs are really small. Stove is probably 20 years old. Toilets barely have enough water pressure to flush completely. Adequate space for 2 people. This was one of the last units available for the time period at the end of April 2022. I now can see why.

    We really liked how spacious the condo is, the ground floor made everything very easy coming, going and relaxing outside. It was great

    You will find everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. We had two adults, and two kids under 10 and really liked that there were four beach chairs, four boogie boards, an umbrella, and a cooler. So close to the beach and restaurants that our rental car stayed parked for days at a time. The kids watched Youtube videos on the internet connected TV, and cartoons on cable when they were taking a respite from the sun. There's also a collection of board games, card games and books. You might have to depend on those in the evening, because of the power outages we experienced. Two evenings of our seven night stay, several clusters of condos as well as the adjacent pool and offices were out of power. I found the night watchman/security after getting no answer on the office phone. He added our group of condos to the list that had no power. I sent an email to Vacasa regarding the lack of use of the swimming pool, hot water, doing dishes, laundry, A/C while we were staying there. No response to my email has been received as of this review. The owners put a lot of effort into this property, but the lack of communication when things go wrong makes me want to stay away from Vacasa. They texted, emailed, called and even visited on the first day to make sure everything was good. Even a reply saying kick sand in the dark would be better than radio silence. ps. I think this unit is prone to power failures because the flashlight above the refrigerator was already dead. So bring your own flashlights!

    We’ve stayed here multiple times now and absolutely love the space and location! It was a great spot to come as a couple and now with our little one! Steps from the ocean and a great pool just across our backyard!
