Nice and clean, good to stay for a some time
Overall the place was nice enough and as advertised. Couch cushions were extremely dirty that’s my only complaint. My warning is this: communication was poor at best. We never received check in instructions. I messaged the owner earlier in the afternoon and even called asking for instructions. He finally called me back at 45 minutes after we had been sitting in the parking lot, frantically trying to make other arrangements after thinking we had been scammed. We eventually got the door code but no other instructions were ever sent to us. It put a bad taste in my mouth and we will not be staying again.
The unit is nice, well finished, comfy, everything you need is there. Good communication, helpful property manager. Location is amazing. Right on the beach, fall asleep to the waves, wake up to the sun on the sand. Much quieter than many other parts of the island.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the condo was exactly as listed. Nice upgrades to the unit and very well maintained. Host was communicative and instructions were very clear. Nothing beats views from this unit's patio! Thanks again
I had a lovely time at this condo right on the beach in Kihei. Owners were very easy to work with. The unit is equipped with everything you need and the views from the lanai are spectacular. I hope to stay here again!
We enjoyed staying at the Sugar Beach Resort. The condo was everything it was described to be. We really loved the view of the ocean and Sugar Beach from the Lanai. Morning walks on the beach and vibrant sunsets from the Lanai will ensure we have lasting memories. The weather was perfect during our stay, so we were able to enjoy every minute of our vacation. Mornings were relatively calm but afternoons were windy, with a cool breeze to keep us cool. With small bath attached to the single bedroom, the unit is perfect for small families (2 adults with 2 or 3 small children). The owner and property management were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for good value in Maui.

The waves crashing against the shore were so soothing. Everyday, we walked the beach to the Canoe Club (left to condo), and went to Sugar Beach Bakery, pick up americano/lattes and malasadas! Return, pool, relax, lunch, walk - sunset every night on lania and then head out for dinner. Recommended: Isana Sushi, Beach Club, Havens Seafood & Chopshouse, Pt. Break Pizza, Food Trucks, and farmers's market next to Sugar Beach. Have fun. Mahalo!
Sugar beach is a favourite area for me so when I found this condo, I was excited to see it. Upon coming I was early, way before check in so had to wait which wasn’t a problem. Entering the condo it was exactly as posted. Beautifully decorated and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was appointed with everything I needed. Last but not least you can’t beat the view, every morning and the evening sunsets were spectacular❣️
Amazing property on sugar beach resort. The view was amazing and we spent most of our time on the lanai watching turtles on the beach or people surfing. Condo has everything you need from beach chairs, coolers, all essentials in a kitchen. Location is amazing within 30mins of everything. Will definitely be back!
My only regret is we didn’t stay twice as long! 6 nights was just not enough time in this little slice of Paradise. We’ll be back! Mahalo for an incredible time on the island—and a most comfortable condo! Beautifully equipped with all our vacation needs including beach seats, cooler and beach towels 💕🌺💞
If you are looking for an amazing view look no further. This place has a view that goes on for days and really never gets old. The palm trees, sand, water, blue skies and whales (yes we saw one from our balcony), this place has a view of it all.
The condo itself is well designed, well appointed and worth every penny. The check-in process was easy and the communication with management was quick. Everything you needed was available, and we made use of the washer and dryer a lot which was nice feature.

Location - ONLY because you really need a car to get anywhere. In walking distance there is a small farmer's market and Sugar Beach Baker which are both must visits and an ABC store (think convenient store but nicer). Anything else you will need transportation.
At the end of the day, the positives and the view far outweigh any negatives (which were not much), so I would say if you are looking at this place book it.

The view is wonderful. Plan on being home every night to watch the sunset. We ate dinner on the lanai listening to the waves.
We loved the location of this condo. It faced the ocean and the waves could be heard throughout the lanai and condo. The beach was perfect for walking. We loved sitting at the table on the lanai and watching the ocean.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The check in process was a little cumbersome but it was manageable with a little patience. The onsite sandwich shop had good sandwiches and was reasonably priced. There was plenty of parking and the elevator was a nice option with a 5th floor condo.
We appreciated the book of suggestions and directions left by the owners. It was very helpful.
