Great location-nice condo. I’d stay here again
We have stayed in many different units in the Haleakala complex, and this was one of our favourites. The layout of the bedrooms was great and there was plenty of space for our two kids and us. The unit was well stocked, we hoped there would have been a better supply of beach gear (ie. umbrella and boogie board(s)) but it was nice to have some beach toys and chairs accessible to us. We will definitely look to book this unit again! Communication with the property manager was easy and very simple check in and check out instructions.
We were sadly disappointed with our 2 weeks stay. Soon after we arrived we noticed that the coffee table, and leather footstool were covered in small black particles which we soon found out are termite droppings! We sent pictures and complained. After many messages and phone calls they agreed to send pest control a week into our stay and a complimentary mid-stay cleaning. Even after this we continued to have to deal with waking up to many termite droppings all over the floor in the living room, and had to sweep up piles of these droppings each morning, which was very gross and unpleasant. The unit didn’t even have a very good broom! We complained again to and were told that they will send another exterminator on the day we were leaving so we could also have a late checkout, so more time to spend with the termites! We requested a discount and they offered us 20% off but the total discount ended up being about 16% off of what we were charged by VRBO. In my opinion this did not compensate us enough for the inconvenience and disgust we endured.
If you can get past the termites the unit is quite dated and has seen better days. All of the appliances look like they are from the 90s. The kitchen has no can opener. The pans are all warped. The kitchen tiles have many chips in them. Half the chairs on the lanai are breaking. The unit was not very clean when we arrived. The beach chairs had broken off headrest cushions and most of the straps were broken and the metal rusted.
Property was clean and well kept. Loved the high ceilings, open space, and ocean view.

Very comfortable and roomy vacation rental. Loved the seating on the Lanai for morning coffee. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable. Quiet location and nice and close to beach, restaurant and shopping.
Condo was great. High ceilings made it feel extra spacious and it was really nice to have AC. Kitchen was well stocked and beach gear including chairs, mats and coolers was really convenient. Fantastic location too as it was walkable to restaurants and beaches in Kehei.

Nice area, accommodations just as described. Local shops and a few restaurants in walking distance. Beach just across the road and several beach parks up and down the road.

Great property. We love this property because it offers ocean views at an affordable price. We were staying with another couple and this was one of the few properties we found having two bedrooms each with a private full bathroom. It was also spacious with easy reserved parking across street from beach. We would recommend and stay there again.

This was our 1st trip to Maui. This was a great place for 2 couples— 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We could even see the ocean from our lanai. The place was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again. We really appreciated being able to use the beach equipment—towels, snorkeling gear, ice chest & chairs.

We enjoyed our stay. The beach park is just across the street. Paia Fish Market is a few blocks away. The place is exactly like the pictures posted. Some street traffic noise which is easily remedied by closing the windows and sliding doors. The kitchen is well equipped.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Everything was great!
Overall we had great time. Views from the balcony were fantastic, but views only does not makeup for some minor but annoying details. The one of the bathroom sinks was very slow and water did not sink fast enough. The bathtub sink in other bathroom was no better. Beach gear was ok, but 2 if the chairs were with broken holders and we're difficult to bring to the beach. There was lack of beach umbrellas too. The bed in the common bedroom was having a big gap toward the wall and all pillows were sinking into it. As I said these were minor annoying details that did not our stay worse. We adapted to it. But it would be better if management takes care and fixing it for the future renters. Property status did not match our expectations for the big money we paid for it. Mahalo.
The location was perfect for 2 couples, easy to get to all parts of the island. Very close to beach, restaurants and food trucks. The unit was super clean and just as pictured. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Management was super helpful. Possible con for some but pro for others, the pool has the strictest rules ever.

I stayed with my family for a week and it was magical. The place was beautiful and well kept, the instructions were clear, everything was in the places they were supposed to be and they all worked the way they were supposed to work. No issues whatsoever! I highly recommend this place and should we come back to Maui, this will be the first place I look into staying. Also... we saved TONS OF MONEY on the booking, but also all the food that we were able to cook in our condo rather than eat out all week, like we would have had to do if we stayed in a hotel.

The condo unit was as listed with a beautiful lanai view of western Maui and the ocean. Sunsets were vibrant and the cloud cover over the mountain was always interesting to observe. The view, size of the unit with two bedrooms and bathrooms, and a washer dryer, proximity to beach and driving to other parts of the island were big in our decision to stay here. Also, pretty close to Maui Brewing. We walked a few hundred yards down the street to walk/run the beach and grab coffee, food or souvenirs from nearby shops.There are plenty of plates, dishes and silverware. Aloe in the bathroom came in handy. They're light on any seasons and oil, but we did enjoy using the grill by the pool. The coffee maker had an issue that was quickly remedied by the hosts. Beach supplies were great to have, but the chairs are pretty worn with broken handles and the umbrella was both unable to stay in sand or hold open in moderate wind. Be sure to snorkel when wind is very calm. Seems like good gear, but too windy when I tried.The complexes of Kihei are less glamorous than the resorts of Wailea. If you enjoy being a bit more 'local' and not behind a gated community you'll appreciate the range this area has to offer.Would have definitely enjoyed booking more days to stay here and explore others parts of the island.
This condo is perfectly located across the street from Kam 3. The kitchen is well stocked and the top floor location added to the feeling of privacy. There is street noise however. As others have mentioned, it would be helpful if, in addition the the four beach chairs, vacationers had access to an umbrella or two. It is expensive to rent them!
This place was clean, close to beaches and restaurants, and overall was as advertised. Most Maui condos we've stayed in have plenty of oil/spices/condiments in the kitchen for ease of cooking ....but this place has none, although it had necessary cookware and utensils. There was also no shower soap, no bathroom wastebasket, no coffee filters (although they gave us coffee), beach chairs broken...etc just small annoying stuff. The single pane windows allow for more street noise then we would like at night, and the A/C unit is outside the bedroom partition so it got a little stuff at night.
Overall, these are all minor concerns and I wouldn't disagree with other positive reviews. But I don't want to leave to get coffee filters, and then leave again for soap, etc and little annoying things add up when I consider the amazing amenities I've gotten at other similarly priced condos. If none of this small stuff bothers you, then you will be totally happy here.
Loved this property and it was so close to the beach. Very happy with the amenities. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our month (+) vacation here. Great location! Beach & restaurants were within walking distance. Lots of nice amenities such as the 4 beach chairs , although we did have to rent an umbrella. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils Parking in designated spot was really tight. Many residents were parking on the street . . We were surprised to walk into the rental with a blaring TV and cleaning products in sight. Looks like the cleaning team headed out quickly, although the unit was clean. Went to the pool once but lots of people chatting and not much of an opportunity to have some quite time to read a book. Surprised at the noise of the construction in a nearby unit. Would think all construction would be required to be during off peak season which is the norm in many resort locations. Overall , we loved our time in Maui.
Condo is open and airy. Location is close to a good beach. Shops and food stores are a few blocks away.

The condo is very spacious. The two sleeping areas are well separated and quiet. Kitchen is well equipped. The fans are very quiet, easy to control and great for circulation. Very nice that have beach chairs available. More nighttime road noise than expected, we had the doors and windows open.
