Ocean View Top Floor! Steps from Beach, AC All Rooms, Pool, Tennis-Summer Sale!

If you want a great location close (and I mean close) to a beautiful swimming beach, walking distance to local shops and eateries BOOK THIS PROPERTY! Justin and Yoko are 10/10 on communication, and the property is wonderful. We woke up everyday to a gorgeous ocean view, private lanai, fully equipped kitchen and two bed/bath comfort home away from home feel. Property was very quiet, and beautifully landscaped grounds were a plus. The elevator was so convenient for bringing in luggage, groceries, and beach chairs/umbrella etc. We had a flawless experience, and amazing vacation in Maui!

Justin and Yoko are fantastic hosts and their condo was perfect! The space was clean, the location is 10/10 right across the street from Charley Young beach, and comes with a fully stocked kitchen and beach toy closet. My friend and I spent a week here and it was the perfect base. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable unit that is well equipped with condiments and beach accessories. One of the few places we have stayed where the knives are decently sharp. Close to the beaches, park and eateries. Enjoyed our stay.

Just as listed. Beautiful beach view from our lanai and we saw whales! The unit was clean and well supplied. Location is perfectly located directly across from the beach and within walking distance of many local restaurants and shops. Communication with owners was great from the minute we reserved. We would definitely recommend this location to our friends and family.

This condo complex was very nice (even had an elevator) - right across the street from beautiful beach. We have had many experiences with renting Vrbo properties and we have to say that the hosts, Justine and Yoko were the best we have ever rented from. Their knowledge, information they provided, availability and their flexibility were greatly appreciated. Furnished with everything needed to be comfortable and enjoy a 3 week stay. Stocked with all the necessities to cook some meals and also had shared grills outside which we used frequently. Beds were comfortable and with fans and windows open the condo was comfortable most of the time so didn't need to use the AC very much, but was there when we needed it. Had fun at the beaches and the condo was well stocked with chairs, towels, boogie boards and all the toys you could want. Also did some snorkel and whale watching excursions that were fantastic! Kihei is a great area with lots of shops and restaurants, and it is located centrally to easily go to other parts of the island. If planning on eating at Mama's Fish House, be sure to make reservations ways ahead of time....we did and the dinner was absolutely delicious!!!!!! Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as expected. Well stocked with towels, beach equipment and enough storage for food and snacks. Perfectly located just steps from the beach and a nice view of the water. We had a great time! Justin and Yoko were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Our hosts were very accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late check-out. The unit is very well equipped with beach gear and pantry and refrigerator items.Well maintained. Awesome view.

The hosts were excellent in communication. The view is fantastic. The condo’s location is within easy walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning in all of the rooms works well. We wish the lanai had been bigger and less road noise. That being said, I would stay here again.

With never have used Vrbo or anything like it I wasn't sure what to expect. The owners of this amazingly beautiful place were very welcoming, kind, helpful, and very good at communicating with me. The condo it's self is very beautiful inside and out, the lanai was my favorite spot in the mornings. The location of it was also great. It wasn't too busy with people, tasty food trucks just a little walk away, and a walk across the street and you are right at the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice relaxing vacation. Thank you again for sharing your amazing place!

This location and home are fabulous!The sunsets from the balcony are second to none. And the beach is 2 minutes walk away.Justin and Yoko are WONDERFUL hosts!! We love this place!!!

Kitchen and bathrooms had everything needed for a family. Lots of beach equipment to use at Charley Young Beach, which is just a two minute stroll away. Perfect condo for a family vacation! Would definitely return again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days in Maui. The loft worked out really well for a second bedroom. The convenient location included parking and restaurants and beaches within walking distance.

We found the amenities associated with Maui Vista 1413 superb: good supply of kitchen supplies, well stocked with towels and linens, the beach ans sports gear was beyond expectations. I would book with Handy Vacations again, and have referred friends as well! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo was clean and updated with central air and fans in every room. We had everything we needed to take down to the beach (chairs, cooler, boogie boards, umbrella, and towels. All we had to do was walk across the street to the beach. It was awesome. The view from the lanai was also great. There are several great restaurants, shopping and groceries within walking distance. The owners were great communicators and so kind to work with. My family would choose this exact location next time we come to Maui.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit is an ideal vacation spot with an easy walk to a fantastic beach under the palm trees. The owners left easy to follow directions for everything from the TV to the kitchen. No need to take beach accessories either. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, snorkel gear all provided. I suspect this is the prime spot on the property with great views out the from and back doors with easy access to parking, BBQ pits, and the elevator. We did't lack any of the necessities. The grounds are well maintained and the BBQ grills were cleaned nightly and felt almost new the times that we used it.

First time in Maui , condo location in Kihei was great, close to beaches, coffee shops and restaurants!

The condo worked out perfectly for our family of two adults and two adult children. There was easy access to a beautiful beach across the street as well as to local shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. The view from the lanai was perfect. The owners were exceptional communicating with us and providing everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay at Maui Vista! Before we even arrived, communication with Justin and Yoko was excellent. We felt very prepared coming to stay and check-in went very smoothly. The condo was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable beds and equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. We loved having the use of the snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, toys and towels. So nice to not have to pack or rent! The view was incredible! We spent a ton of time on their beautiful Lanai. The best part of the condo though had to be the location. It was about a 3 minute walk to what we believe to be one of the best beaches in Maui. It was so convenient to be able to come back and forth from the beach to the condo multiple times a day. We also adored Kihei and were able to walk to everything- grocery store, shops, restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for more. We just hope we’ll be able to come and stay again soon! Mahalo Justin & Yoko!

This is a well stocked vacation home situated a block from a beautiful beach where we went every day to swim and enjoy sunsets. Having all the necessary equipment for a day at the beach was wonderful. Plenty of cutlery and dishes much appreciated as well.

Vista Maui was a great location and the sunset view was gorgeous!! The condo had great accommodations, the hosts provided everything you could need for the beach. The kitchen was sticked with some seasonings and other items that saved some money. The BBQ was awesome and did a great job in cooking our ribeyes. The hosts are very responsive and on top of your rental arrangement making it easy upon arrival. My family would definitively stay here again!! Thank you Yoko and Justin!!

I could not have asked for a better place. The location is amazing you can walk to several restaurants, small shop, and the beach. The sunset view from the lanai is amazing. Kihei Paradise! We come to Kihei every year, and we were so happy we stayed at this condo. The condo was comfortable, clean, and we had everything we needed. And the view! BEAUTIFUL! We love Charley Young Beach so the location is perfect if you want to go to a family friendly beach. Justin and Yoko were amazing! They were responsive and helpful prior and during our trip. They truly care about your stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!! Cant wait to stay here again!

A cute little place with two beds and a pull out couch. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and the place is stocked with all you need to enjoy the beach. Will recommend to others.

Excellent property. The AC was fantastic and quiet we loved having it in all the rooms. We have stayed in condos at Maui vista before that only had it in the main room making the loft and back room hot. Kitchen was stocked great, literally anything we needed was there! The sand toys, chairs, umbrella and cooler were perfect for the short walk across the street to one of the best beaches for kids in my opinion. Beds were all comfortable, including the pullout couch (I was surprised by that one, does squeak though if it’s an adult on it). Hosts were accommodating, friendly and quick to respond. No issues at all, had a fantastic trip!

We were delighted with our stay. The A/C was fantastic, views and beach access were wonderful and the whole place was well equipped and very clean. We would definitely choose this host again.

We enjoyed our stay. Pros: The place was well supplied with beach accessories which we used daily. Seemed to be great kitchen supplies which we didn't use. Great eating areas in easy walking distances both directions. The complex's pools were great too. Overall the complex was quiet and well maintained. Cons (for us): living space was crowded for 4 adults. Couch and chair were not very comfortable for hanging out. The patio was super small, uncomfortable furniture, on busy and very noisy road, and loud a/c unit. Overall, this is a great stay if used as a base for taking trips and going exploring. Or for taking gear across road to beach and hanging out there.

We really enjoyed our stay in Maui. The location was excellent. Across the street from a nice beach, walking distance to many restaurants, food trucks, shops. Pool was great, tennis and pickle ball courts plentiful and uncrowded. Easy drive to marina for whale watching cruise. Golf nearby. Justin and Yoko were terrific hosts. Very good communication. They even allowed us early check-in, and late check-out. Not sure that's available in every instance, but it certainly worked out beautifully for us. Condo well stocked with both kitchen supplies as well as beach equipment. Glad we chose this stay, and would not hesitate to return.

My husband and I were traveling with our two children (ages 12 & 9) and my father. We found this to be an amazing location-elevator for easy handicap access, ocean view for early morning coffee on the lanai, and just a quick walk across the road to the Charly Young beach access. Great location! Close to the beach, Costco, food trucks, and hiking! We enjoyed the Maui Ocean Center-tons of learning opportunities! The kids LOVED the pool and only wished for a jacuzzi tub. They said the pullout couch bed was very comfy! We would love to return in the near future.

This was the perfect location for us! We love the beach and all the restaurants around the area. They are all within walking distance. The condo itself was also perfect. The lani has a great view of the ocean. Justin and Yoko could not have been more accommodating! We can’t thank them enough for our wonderful Maui vacation!

NOT happy. This unit had an upstairs bed/bath open to the downstairs, the problem with that is they can hear EVERYTHING. Anyone up there will wake up if anyone else is up and also the timer for the A/C is TICKING AWAY the ENTIRE night. Incredibly annoying for anyone upstairs. This unit is in great need of a deep clean and repairs. The bathtub did not hold water and neither did the sink, there was a vent in both baths with thick fuzz all over it. The tub is stained. There is a binder (lets say its a full manual and an inch thick) telling you how to use everything in the condo. Let's just say I'm not there to read for hours when something doesn't work. 2 out of 3 TV's didn't work the ENTIRE time Sitting outside was not relaxing as the air conditioning unit is right there blowing hot air and also the road noise is very loud. I paid 7k for two weeks and when I expressed my concerns with owner I was thanked in an email 1 or 2 days later for the insight so they could do better going FORWARD. What a joke. I will say I was offered a late check out.

Wonderful place to stay for family of 4. Closet full of beach gear, across the street from beach and great view of ocean. Property owner instantly responsive and helpful. We would stay here again forsure.
