Being located on the Coconut Coast makes our condos a great place to stay for some Kauai sightseeing, and you will love having access to golfing, shopping, dining, and just about any other activity you can imagine.
Wailua Bay View condos are great for singles, families, and friends as they will accommodate up to four guests. The condominiums have one bedroom and one bathroom and are equipped with bath towels. Comfortable bedding arrangements, along with a full kitchen and washer and dryer make this vacation condo your home-away-from-home. Some condos even have a sofa bed, so be sure to inquire if that special request is available. Some of the great activities you'll find while in Kauai are the spectacular hiking opportunities, freshwater kayaking, numerous beaches, fishing, snorkeling, and more.
You'll feel like you've found your own tropical paradise when you take advantage of the pool, the open-air recreation pavilion with comfortable chairs, the putting green, and the private grassy cliff, with reclining chairs, overlooking Wailua Beach. Great location in Kapa’a, close to everything. Balcony & view of bay & beach was great! Bed comfy but terrible, dense hard pillows. A/c in bedroom a plus. Breeze thru balcony sliders was perfect. Internet connection almost non-existent. TVs not connected to any service and useless. Tried to unplug several times to no avail. Had to figure out how to unlock oven function. Sliders are old & keep coming off track. Carpet stained when we arrived. Otherwise, place was clean, but no garbage bags provided. Kitchen has basic stuff & improvising was needed. Nothing spectacular other than view & needs some updating & tlc.

We've stayed at this location before, but a different condo. We loved the location because it's a mid point between the south and north shore. Great condo and beautiful views!

Very nice location with attentive property managers. Comfortable condo with a really nice lanai. Really good views from the lanai. Walking distance to some tasty dining options.

Good central location for the areas, attractions, sites we were interested in seeing/doing. Nice view of Wailua Bay from our lanai. Apartment does need some intervention, as in owner TLC or Property Manager action. Some lamps present fire hazard with potential for wires shorting out. Carpet and upholstery all need to be cleaned. We realize there is a lot of traffic on the carpet and the spills and red dirt do not help. Still a good location for the $$$.

This place had everything you’d need, as well as an ocean view and breeze, and the East-Side location made getting to all the sites around the island much easier!
