The interior of the condo is beautiful, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The welcome goodies from Vacasa were a blessing, as our flight was delayed and we arrived at 11 PM after all stores were closed. How wonderful to have cookies waiting for us on the counter! And Kauai coffee for breakfast! The bathroom is gorgeous and we loved the walk-in shower and seat. The furniture and bed were exceptionally comfortable. The view to the left of the lanai is gorgeous. Our only reason for not giving this a five star rating is that the abandoned restaurant to the right of the stone wall over the lanai had been taken over by squatters. They had filled the back yard of the old restaurant with trash and dogs in cages. :( The property manager at Wailua Bay was doing what he could to fix the situation, but we realize since it is not the property of Wailua Bay Condos it is likely out of their control. Other than that view to the right, it was a beautiful condo with every comfort for your stay in Kauai and very centrally located on the island and only 10 minutes from the airport and Walmart. The sunrise over the ocean was breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed cooking our dinner on the grill. The kitchen had every utensil and tool you could need. This condo is well equipped for a couple or small family.

This fully furnished house is clean and has a billion dollar view. But, whenever you open the patio door, instead of the sound of waves, you mostly hear the noise of cars on the road. Another issue with the house is that the internet is really bad. The router which is in the living room needs restart every 30-40mins.

This condo was perfect for hopping around Kauai. It was very central to everything and super close to amazing places to eat. The unit is very clean, had a welcome gift, and the grounds were kept up every single day. The beach was literally steps away. Perfect place to relax and also to get anywhere on the island in about 40 minutes. Currently there is construction on the bridge which made getting on the main road a little bit of a challenge but that will be done soon and will make travelling even better.
