Great overall experience.
The condo at the Aston Islander on the Beach is beautiful. When we arrived, the air conditioning kept it pleasantly cool. Everything is very clean; there are glasses, cups, and plates for four people, plenty of towels in all sizes, and even beach towels. The balcony with its high chairs and high table is especially nice, offering a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is well-equipped (soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer). Cleaning supplies for the kitchen and bathroom, as well as toilet paper and paper towels, are also provided.
Parking Lot is always available and a few steps away is the Marketplace with shops and restaurants.
Perfect place for perfect holidays!
This condo worked out perfectly for our family of three. It was very clean, well stocked, and most of all had a great view of the ocean! We found it to be centrally located for the activities we had planned. The resort grounds and pool area are beautifully landscaped with many different types of plants and flowers. This has definitely set the bar high for the other places we stay on the other islands of our Hawaii trip.
The condo is a simple “hotel room” style studio, but it was perfect for us. And the Location was amazing! Both the beachfront location (with amazing ocean views and listening to the waves from the lanai!), and also the location in Kapaa and right behind the Coconut Marketplace - it was fantastic! I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a hotel style condo with a truly great location!
This was our second time staying in this unit and we already booked for next year. The location is fantastic and centrally located to both ends of the island. The view is amazing, the pool and hot tub are clean and refreshing, and the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The Coconut Market Place is next to the Islander and there are a few great restaurants on the property.
Wonderful location - steps from the beach, excellent view. Appreciated the included parking pass. Would recommend that the listing also note that the property also has 2 portable coolers and 2 beach chairs; if it's listed, I missed it, and rented it from a local shop
Exactly what we were looking for. To be able to walk over to Lava Lava and have the beach 50 feet away is invaluable. We will be back.
This charming studio met our needs quite nicely. It is a walk up...so if you struggle with stairs keep looking! Plentiful linens provided so we did not need to take advantage of the towel exchange. There is a small farmer's market a couple of days a week in the parking lot of the Coconut marketplace, and the central location made it an easy drive to other parts of the island. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
This property was exactly what was depicted in the ad. The location was incredible, the view of the sunrise every morning spectacular and priced well.

My favorite part of staying here was the ocean view!!! I loved sitting out on the lanai and feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves! I walked down the stairs and the beach was right in front of me and pool was right around the corner. The ocean was calm enough to swim in and the pool was so nice because there's a bar at the pool and my favorite bartender was **** and he played the best songs. It's also a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Everything was right at my fingertips and being there just melted all of my stress away!!! Best vacation ever!!!
The location is central to the rest of the island making it very convenient to explore from there. The resort/unit had everything you’d need for an amazing stay. Along with the coconut marketplace right behind. Will definitely return! Highly recommend!
Nice unit and view. The beach is not for swimming due to rocks and currents but nice to look at. Friendly staff. The only drawback are the roosters crow all the time but then they are all over the island
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The ocean is literally 50 feet away with loungers on the beach for guests. Great sunrise views from the lanai. The building this unit is in is a 30 second walk to the pool, hot tub and pool bar. The property is beautifully landscaped and lush. Be prepared for substantial wind and wave noise on the lanai being that close to the water though. Surprisingly the pool area was very sheltered if that is more your thing.
Islander has never disappointed
We had everything we needed. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at islander on the beach and we really enjoy it.
Having an ocean front room is so nice.

Beautifully redone condo hotel room corner unit right on the beach path. Very comfortable and well equipped. A bit confusing dealing with both VRBO and VACASA, the rental manager. Suggest doing things thru the manager once you are confirmed.
Great! Beautiful views on what felt like a private beach! The place was very clean and cozy! Would stay here again!
Best condo I’ve ever rented. It was overlooking the beach, had a very comfortable bed and cute lanai where we had our coffee and many of our meals. Beautiful grounds too!
