Photos are a bit deceiving. Patio door would not open. fire hazard. Bathroom definitely needs updating. Tub is old and stained. Missing a bit of kitchen equipment. Great location. Beware, parking is not included, you need to add $28US per day for parking.

Lovely apartment - everything seemed recently rehabbed. Great location. We did notice that the bottom shelf in the bathroom was leaning downward and pulled away from the wall. We took a picture when we arrived if you need it. Otherwise the place was perfect for 2 people and conveniently located.

Location of the property is ideal.Older building however the unit is updated clean and modern with all the amenities The owner was a pleasure to deal with and respond promptly to requests.

Came in for a business trip so I didn’t need a fancy hotel/resort—this had all the amenities of a hotel, easy/safe check in, very clean, safe area, with lots of good restaurant options within a mile or two walk.
