The key cards were easily accessed in the lower lobby. Like others have stated the room is in need of updates. The only complaints would be there were not enough towels for our family, the water pressure was not good, and the clothes iron was not in working order.
Communication was great and check in was easy. We loved the place but we’re here for a tennis tournament. So we needed tennis courts so we had to change locations. If it weren’t for that we would have stayed. Host refunded us. I would stay here again if I visit.

Location was nice just minutes from beach. We were on 34th floor. Views were nice of mountains, diamond head volcano and city below. We walked to the beach, shops and restaurants. I was a little disappointed on how the room looked outdated a bit. But that being said we did enjoy our time there. The room had two beds, full kitchen and pretty much all the utensils.
The view is amazing! It was easy to check in and their is a food truck area right across the street with fantastic food. The beach is within a 10 minute walk. A little smaller than it looks in the pictures but perfect for us because we only slept there.
Well room was suppose to have one king bed and one queen it had two full beds was not happy with that other than that it was ok

It started off a little rocky because the people who rented before me left the place a mess and did not put the key back in the lock box. The owners were there and got mer a key and had the place cleaned up. the previuos rents had mess up the blinds and closet door and afew stains, but the place worked great for us. Great location and view and no problems for us the time we were there. Mahalo!

Honestly irritated after finding out that if I would have booked through the actual hotel it would have been hundreds cheaper, we would have updated rooms without smelly carpet and mushy drywall in the bathroom and room service. If you decide to go with this place, make sure to pack garbage bags, if you just need 1 more then the 2 in the room it's $9. Parking isn't $30 as stated, it's $45 a night..The one thing this place does have is great views but so do the others.

The overall experience was great and met our needs! Loved having a kitchenette that we could cook all our favorite meals and had all needed kitchenware! Beds were super comfortable and the view from the room was absolutely spectacular!! Mahalo!

This property is so-so only when considering the price per person when splitting the price between 4 people. It’s an older building and you can feel it for sure. The carpet felt and looked old and dirty. The room and furniture itself is old and the room looks better in the pictures than in person. The room felt small for 4 people. I do have to say that overall the kitchen and bathroom were clean. I also like that there was a laundromat in the building. There is a good coffee shop in the building as well. The location overall is good and provides easy access to many locations.
In regards to communication, I got in on Dec. 25th and had been messaging the managers since 10AM since i hadn’t received check in instructions. I sent multiple messages and no one responded to me until 9PM. I was already stressing out and trying to book another hotel as i thought that we weren’t going to be able to have anywhere to sleep. Once they called me they said they had emailed me check-in instructions. I have never received check-in instructions other than in vrbo messaging in any of the locations i’ve booked on vrbo, so of course i never would have thought to check my email. It’s still unprofessional to me that they didn’t respond to my multiple messages for over 11 hours on the day of check in nor did they ever tell me i needed to check my email for instructions prior to their call at 9PM. It was nerve racking thinking we were going to need to pay for a full new hotel the day we got in to Honolulu during the holiday season.
It believe there are better places around this price range that are more updated but if this is your only option, be prepared for what you’re walking into. In the future, for myself, i would rather pay a bit more to feel more comfortable during my stay.

The online images were completely misleading to what this room actually is in person. All of the furniture is old and not taken care of. There we tons of scratches and marks on the walls, peeling paint, duct tape over holes., the list goes on. There we multiple bugs (ants, fruit flies, etc.) The online images displayed are quite obviously photoshopped to make this place looks MUCH better so you will be tricked into wasting your money. DON’T!!! The rental company who manages this property is also the absolute worst management I have ever seen. The “manager” proceeded to yell at me the entire call after requesting a refund because we were so uncomfortable we could not stay at the property. I also asked to speak to the owner directly and she would no oblige saying she didn’t know if he would answer. After all of the yelling, I was told “I’ll call you back” and she hung up. I have still yet to receive a call back. I am still in the process of getting this resolved. Do not, I repeat DO NOT book this condo unless you are looking for the quality of a run down motel.

This room was small. Very tight for 4 of us. Overall it was clean. There trash room close to the elevator was smelly. The place was close to the Waikiki beach which was good.

The place was nice, just like what shown the photos. The owner has instructions written everywhere (like to be gentle with the blinds and what temperature to set the stove on). So I get it, they want us to keep the place in good condition. I feel a bit annoyed because for all the restrictions, there aren't much amenities. For example, I needed a bit of salt to gargle (because my gums hurt) and there wasn't any salt left in the little jar. We ate out most of the time, but there was one time I had a piece of left over fried chicken and there wasn't any aluminum foil for me to heat up in the oven the next day.
All was great , amenities fantastic , parking not so good !! Only issue was leaking air-conditioning system over kitchen floor !
But prompt to fix !

the property was wonderful, clean, and at a great location. while slightly smaller than the pictures seem online, the apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen was very useful. the hotel was quiet and safe.
Very cute little studio conveniently located by the beach and close to shops. Very clean and provided with basics for food prep, shower and even a brita for filtered water! The view was amazing. Definitely recommend.
I loved the day and night view on the 34th floor and all the windows I had to look all around Waikiki. The beds were so very comfortable. Just wish the tv was a little bigger. But other all throughout was fantastic stay.
It’s on the 34th floor, and the views are amazing! The people who actually own this will contact you, not Vrbo. They’re the sweetie people, and will help you if you have to cancel and rebook it for different dates!
Leave better instructions where items are stored and what is expected at departure as far as cleaning
I may have misread the description, but laundry was not in-unit. When I did my search, I specifically wanted a kitchen and laundry in-unit because I have kids. Laundry was expensive ($6.25 per load). Location was a quick walk to 7-Eleven, 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, and 15 minute walk to International Market. The nearest beach is next to Hilton Village, so it’s a bit crowded like Waikīkī Beach. The view is beautiful. The kitchen is facing mauka and the beds facing Lēʻahi. You can see Ala Wai Canal through every window. Pool was a good size with a huge deck you can bbq on. It was ant season when I visited, so just had to take extra precautions to not encourage their stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
Great studio apartment. Loved having the coffee pot and filters. Salt and pepper available was very helpful. Also the garlic press and wine opener were wonderful bonuses!
The property was in a great location, making it super easy to walk around and navigate the city. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to come back to this city!
