Rare, 1-bedroom, 2-bath, with a large private lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean where whales can be seen in the winter months and spectacular sunrises yearlong. Turnkey and fully furnished 800 square feet of interior area plus a 150 square-foot oceanfront lanai.

King Bed in the Bedroom and Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Area. Complimentary TV cable, parking, Internet/Wifi, washer and dryer in the. Kauai's trade winds provide a lovely breeze throughout the condo and for your comfort the unit is now air conditioned. Each room is also furnished with ceiling and portable fans. Enjoy miles of scenic ocean views, explore the Wailua River, take a boat ride up it to the Fern Grotto or kayak to the Secret Falls Trailhead. Opaeka'a Falls and the Kaua'i Hindu Monastery is just a short drive up the hill.

We stayed for 3 weeks, so the washer/dryer and air conditioning were nice to have in the condo. We look forward to our return trip.

We were pleased to find beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for beach excursions. The grounds are well kept and the area is quiet and peaceful. The patio was a delight and the ocean and small beach front were just steps away. Walkable distance to the Coconut Market for dining and shopping options. Highly recommend.
