Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although you see the pictures on the website beforehand, let’s just say the pictures did not tell the truth. First, the kitchen window near the front door had no full curtain or blinds; therefore, privacy was an issue. To solve this problem we used a brown paper bag and taped it to the window. Next, the Master bathroom did not flush properly, very sluggish flush and we had to hold the lever down for at least 15 seconds for it to go down. Third, the front door takes about 30 seconds to close behind you and it cannot be forced closed. Additionally, the hooks in the Master bathroom were ineffective, the towels kept falling on the floor. Fourth, there was obvious rust throughout the condo, including the shutters, windowsills, and ceiling fans. Fifth, it rained heavily on 1/30/23, and water leaked from the Master bedroom window frame all over the floor into my luggage, wetting everything. Called Garden Island Properties and spoke with Kailani and she sent over maintenance and extra towels. The previous night there were severe winds and the window rattled all night. Sixth, the Master ceiling fan makes a clicking noise, so we turned that off because it was so annoying. Last, they ask you to sweep up before you leave, but they only provide a broom, no dust pan. So we used a piece of paper to get up the trash, but that doesn’t work as well as a dust pan. Besides all that, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. I would recommend some serious repairs and upgrades to this place.

    We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everyone was super friendly. Our unit was nice and well kept with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

    I love that the master bedroom faced the east so I could lay in bed and watch the sunrise every morning. The condo had all the amenties we needed including spices and oils for cooking Thank you
