RESORT & CONDO GUIDELINES:
Please take some time to review these Waipouli Beach Association House Rules that have been designed to ensure safety, comfort and enjoyment for all owners and guests of Waipouli Beach Resort.
Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the lanais or anywhere on the property. Our resort is a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. All condos are designated non-smoking units. There are designated smoking areas located along the parameter of the property.
Our resort facilities may be used only by owners and guests occupying a unit. Privileges may be extended to family and friends visiting our resort only when the owner or the registered guest is present and each guest must be registered at the front desk. Each unit is allowed a total of 6 guests at any given time.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. but excessive noise should be avoided at all times.
Owners and Registered Guests are responsible for everyone in their party ensuring that their behavior is not offensive to other occupants or damaging to the resort.
Towels, clothing and other articles may not be placed on the lanai, lanai railings or in the windows.
Lanai furniture may not be removed from the condo.
It is always wise to close and lock your doors and secure your valuables where they are not easily seen from lanais or windows.
Open fires in barbeques are prohibited. No cooking or grilling on the lanais is permitted.
Guests are asked to dispose of waste daily; bins are located on each floor and indicated with signs.
Pets are not allowed in the condo (not suitable or safe due to balcony). Resort policy is no pets on the premises.
Please turn off your air conditioners when leaving the room. Again, every effort to conserve energy is very much appreciated. Kauai has become one of the highest energy cost State in the country. Keeping our energy bills low will help prevent any future increase in the nightly rate.
SWIMMING POOL AREA:
Pool hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
*NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY*
•There are no lifeguards on duty. Pool Monitor on duty daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
•Bathing suits are required.
•Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
•Inflatable items, sun-mats, surfboards, styro-foam floats, “boogie boards,” or other large objects of this nature will not be permitted. Only flotation devices for small children (i.e. water wings, lifejacket) shall be permitted.
•No glass or breakable containers allowed in pool area.
•No diving, excessive noise, horse-play or running allowed.
•Headphones required for radios and electronic equipment.
•The use of spas and pools is at the sole discretion of the renter. Please be careful and responsible for all children.
•The pool area is for the exclusive use of our owners and guests staying at the resort. All guests must be registered in our reservations system prior to check-in, and must wear wrist bands issued by the pool area staff while in the pool area. Reservations are subject to the maximum per-unit occupancy limits of six (6) guests in a 2-bedroom unit and four (4) guests in a 1-bedroom unit. Exceeding the occupancy limits or inviting unregistered guests to the resort will result in loss of pool area privileges for the remainder of stay as well as possible fines imposed by the Waipouli Beach Resort Association.

GETTING AROUND:
Unless you’re on a fairly leisurely schedule, you’ll need a car or other motorized vehicle to see and do everything on Kauai, which has one major road—one lane in each direction, in most places—that rings the island except along the Napali Coast. During rush hour, from about 6 to 9am and 3 to 6pm, the road between Lihue and Kapaa—the central business district—can turn into a giant parking lot, even with a third, “contra-flow” lane whose direction is determined by time of day.

This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Located close to shopping, esthetically pleasing pool. I’ve stayed at this same location in different condos several times and by far our host Milo was fantastic to communicate with and work with, best experience so far for sure! Absolutely recommend!!

Great condo, great location on the island if you want to visit the north and south beaches because you are basically at the mid-point. Owners are super responsive and accommodating. The condo complex has a great pool for kids. Hugely convenient to be located across street from shopping center with Safeway and other stores. Highly recommend.

This was exactly what we were expecting from the description. I had even booked restaurant reservations in advance and later realized that the location I booked was actually the resort restaurant. My teens loved the large pool with waterside. Having a grocery store and Starbucks across the street was nice too.

This was the perfect location! So convenient across the street from Safeway and Starbucks. 15-20 minutes from most activities. Clean unit with THREE toilets!!! No complaints!!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this condo. Extremely clean with nice furnishings. We really liked the convenience of being in proximity to both the north and south side of the island. Very convenient! The pool area is really nice and it’s on a lovely beach. I should note that swimming at this beach isn’t ideal here due to rocks just offshore, but a nice sandy shore to walk in and get your feet wet. Many other beaches are extremely close and our family enjoyed borrowing the condo’s beach gear and trying out many beaches near by. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

We had a great experience with this property. With our two kids under 13 and their grandparents that are over 75, it was comfortable for everyone and we had lots of fun. The location was excellent for adventures on the island and very centrally located for easy commuting north or south. Plus the access to grocery stores and shopping and restaurants it was perfect for our family. The pool was incredible and the beach was convenient. We even got munk seals right outside on the beach property. Our only complaint was the road noise from the Safeway parking lot and the stop light just below us. We slept with the slider doors open and screens closed for the first few nights and the busy road was definitely a factor with noise. But that does come with the convenience of stores and restaurants near by so I can’t complain about it much. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It’s our second time at this resort but first time at this unit. The resort itself is awesome for kids and the separate hot tubs for adults and families is great. We saw a seal one day on the beach! Having Safeway across the street, walking distance was super convenient. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen. Driving North/South from Kapaa was super easy and Kapaa is a cute town with many places to eat. A condo when traveling with little ones is a must for the washer/dryer use, full kitchen, separate living space and lanai areas especially with grandparents and this unit checked all the boxes. Milo is super responsive and all the info you need is communicated well and ahead of your stay. You’ll love the spacious bathrooms and living areas.

We had a fantastic experience staying in D407 at the Waipouli Beach Resort! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the host's communication was top-notch. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. I highly recommend Milo and his property for your next stay on Kauai.
