The staff in the check-in facility at the residence at Manor care with fantastic. They were two local girls that showed 100% of the Aloha spirit.
Wakening up to the sound of the surf was wonderful. Hapuna Beach is the best!

Great option with access to resort amenities, but having your own condo space with a kitchen for meals and comfort. Would stay again.

Beautiful, modern, clean unit with great view of ocean and property. However, the property is quite a bit farther north and the dining and entertainment options are generally limited to the hotel grounds. For us, that made it significantly overpriced. The hotel restaurants were, well, like almost all hotel restaurants — mediocre at best and way overpriced relative to quality. It seems to primarily be a high end convention style destination. If that’s what you like, then it’s great. Fortunately for us, we only stayed a few nights. We found staying closer to Kona much more enjoyable location.

Our first GREAT experience booking with VRBO (our first was supposed to be last April in Scottsdale at THANDASVILLAS, but we couldn’t go due to COVID and they refused to refund our money ($3000) and only offered a credit and rude responses) This rental was completely different - I was afraid to get taken again, but the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!
