Hale Naniloa is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac 2 blocks above the ocean. This charming remodeled Hawaiiana home is located in the established White Sands neighborhood of Kailua-Kona. Featuring your own private, salt water pool which is surrounded with lots of lounging options and mature landscaping.
When you can pull yourself away from the pool area and you go inside the house you will find a wonderful open floor plan for entertaining and lounging.
The great room includes 2 sofas (one a queen sized sleeper sofa) and chairs, cable TV and WI-FI. Dining area for those times you do not want to dine out on the lanai. Open kitchen area with everything you will need for the chef or a quick snack.
Master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom... The bedroom has a wonderful chaise for reading or watching TV, step out onto the darling lanai. Romantic table and chair area set off of the master to enjoy a cup of Kona coffee or your favorite beverage.
Your second or guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV and you are close to the second full bath to give an en-suite feel.
There is a washer and dryer (full size) in the garage, even in paradise laundry happens.
Three quarters of a mile to White Sands beach also known as Magic Sands and Kahalu'u Beach Park.

The property had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Just did get a little warm during the day.

We enjoyed our stay at the property, the only drawback was the washer broke during our stay and was not able to be fixed before we departed.

Convenient with BBQ and pool; nice space to stay in with a family as the living room was comfortable and spacious and having the pool was nice to have. Rooms were comfortable and the amenities were nice. It was very hot in the house due to not have air conditioning and the laundry and garage set up was a little awkward. Owners were super helpful and great.

Everything we needed for making home meals, heading to the beach or just relaxing by the pool! Quiet neighborhood, close to beach access, not far to stores and restaurants. A great place to stay as we explored the west coast.

Overall really great house and we had a fabulous time. We kinda didnāt see that the house doesnāt have air con, so even in November it gets very warm during the day and didnāt cool down enough during the night. Interestingly in the contrary the pool is not heated enough by the sun during the day in November and there is no pool heating, so that was quite refreshing :D for adults absolutely fine, our less than 1 year old didnāt like the water temperature. House is very well equipped, lots of beach gear and kitchen and BBq are awesome. We had a great time.

Hale Nani Loa was exactly as listed and completely met our expectations. It's at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and located close to beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. The property was clean with lots of room. The beds were comfortable; as was the couch that our 15 year old son slept on. The well-equipped kitchen had just about anything you could think of. The pool was a great size & refreshing in the hot weather. Check in was easy & Daniel was very communicative.

We all loved the house. It was nice having the pool to dip in and the house was well equipped. We even left a few body boards:) The location is perfect! I did read in the comments that the master bedroom bed was not comfortable, I have to say that is not true at least now. Also we were there when the weather was 84-86 and there were only a few times I thought it was hot and just sat by the fans or dipped feet in pool and felt great. Sleeping at night was perfect temp. We would rent this property again.

We loved our stay at this house! The location was great; the house was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We spent time every day enjoying the patio and the pool. Would definitely choose this home again. Highly recommend!!!
