It's outfitted with everything to make your family or couples beach experience the best ever. A fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to host your own island feast on the lanai patio, with beach views and caressing Maui trades setting the vibe. Or, barbecue at the beach front pool and bbq area.
Paddleboard, kayak, and snorkel right out front of the property. Twenty-five yards to the right, Kamaole I Beach awaits: 20 yards to the left, “Kam II.” Warm-water swimming and snorkeling along pristine reef may be the most strenuous thing you do all day, aside from stretching out in your Tommy Bahama chairs (provided, along with umbrella).
When you are tired of the beach, swim ocean front at the property's beautiful pool. The Master Suite is set up with a comfortable new King Bed, with a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is set up to host six comfortably.
High-speed Wi-Fi, premium cable, and free parking are included. The property is located in the heart of South Kihei and is at the epicenter of the island's active beach lifestyle. Paddle board or kayak right off the unit, with gear rental across the street. Take surf lessons at South Kihei's 'Cove,' a two-block walk. More than a dozen restaurants, of all persuasions, await nearby. And alongside the condo, the island's longest beach walking path meanders in both directions, taking you past five wonderfully distinctive beaches.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Nice place and location of room, there was a bug problem, we took out all of the garbage every evening and still had roaches.
Only thing that was not working but we did not need it was the TV in the Master bedroom didn’t turn on for some reason. As stated we did not need it.

We had a great stay for the 5 of us! Great location and nice views out the balcony blocked from the wind. Was confusing to find the hidden elevator after parking. Had a low battery sealed smoke alarm, was dealt with quickly by management.

As we are now retired we stay at least 30 days a year and sorry we didn’t stay longer this time. Loved the unit!!
Condo was wonderfully upgraded , clean and we would’ve rebooked for next year had the rates not gone up exponentially!
Also the unit was booked mid month for just a few days next April which would really mess up a long term monthly rental!
Having a couple longer term is less wear and tear on the unit as opposed to seeing 7 people at a time in the unit a few days here and there which is what we are seeing with the increased rates at Nalu!
You really don’t need to use the AC as the trades keep the unit cool so not needed at this time of the year. !
As I love to cook but this unit did lack a few things I needed such as serving trays and bowls ( only 1 ceramic in unit) , 4 salad forks , baking dishes I bought and will store in our storage unit for our stay next year next door at RM.
This unit needs new lanai furniture as table is too high for the chairs of which some you can not sit on as they are separating at the back!
The rates for monthly rentals here at Nalu have jumped up compared to the other two condo units to the left and right of Nalu.
I really loved this unit and treated it as home for a month with respect but with the increased rate sadly we won’t return .

We spent 7 days in 305 just returning last night. We have been vacationing in this area for 15 years and first time at this complex. We really like how the unit captures the sunrises . Amazing views in the morning with the water and mountain.
Unit is nicely equipped.
