Cozy condo in a great location. Loved the pool. Air conditioning worked great!
Lovely condo close to the beach
Excellent stay! Very clean. As advertised with comfortable 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms which was great. Kitchen was fully functional and a/c units are present in all rooms. In unit laundry and dryer worked well. Beach towels and several beach chairs were provided. Umbrella and a chair were broken but did not affect us. Did not use property amenities. Parking size was sufficient for our minivan and next to the elevator by the apartment. Great location with short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.
Email was easy to follow for check in.Kitchen was small, but functional since we cooked for 6 everyday, and it had all the essentials.We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they were nice. 4 gas grills, in good shape, and with lighting for nighttime grilling. Pool was small for the facility size, but we're beach people.A few fruiting trees in the back where carambola/ star fruit was in season. Short walk to Charley Young beach with great snorkeling at the "Turtle Car Wash." I recommend bringing your own snorkle gear, or renting from several stores nearby.Surf shop nearby held lessons for our older kids. Board rentals are easy to find. Surf conditions are great for beginner and intermediate surfers.Short walk to bars, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, and shave ice.The condo was in a nice casual area with many amenities, but not the typical resort style. We all preferred the low key, eclectic style of this section of Kihei.And our first ever tsunami evacuation made for a very memorable vacation: -)
unit is across the street from the best family beach - low waves, gentle slope. Pool, bbq very nice, assigned parking is a plus. appliances, linens, furniture, very nice. Only negative is that the bathrooms need updating.
This listing was perfect for our family! There are 3 BD and 3 BA which was great for all of us! The beds were comfortable, great AC and fans. They had everything you needed including a rice cooker! We grilled on the bbq onsite and pretty much made all our meals. The best thing was being across the beach from Charley Young. I have been to beaches all over Maui and this is such a hidden gem! We saw turtles every day (go out by the rocks to the north) and lots of fish and pretty coral! The location is close to everything and there is a Foodland less than a mile away and you can walk to great restaurants! I would definitely go back!

Great time had by all in Maui! Our condo was centrally located for our activities and easy to access. Enjoyed our accommodations and were pleased to have access to community grill, also had beach chairs and towels for us to use. Will stay at this location again and would recommend! Thank you!
The location and the property were both great; access to the beach was literally across the street. The property was clean, and comfortable; and it was walking distance from bars, restaurants and shopping.
