We love the location of Luana Kai as we have stayed here in the past. Condo was well appointed and the remodel was very nice.
This is the second year we have stayed in this beautiful Condo. Incredible waterfront sunsets, luxurious interior, Great location. We'll book again next year!
Excellent location! Close to everything, nice grounds, pool, etc. Loved playing pickle ball with the locals. Condo was in great condition and very comfortable for my family of four. Loved sitting out in the lanai on warm nights. Would definitely recommend this vacation rental.
We stayed in Kihei for a week. The condo was amazing, very clean and lots of room for 4 adults. Each bedroom had an ensuite. Very close to the beach and the pool. Lots to see and do close by. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will recommend this place to anyone coming to Maui

Spotlessly clean, well appointed and decorated unit, was exactly as expected from listing photos and description. The kids loved the big open grass space between the condo building and the beach/courts to run and play. Pool was nice and clean. The pickleball courts were packed with players starting at 8am each day and they played non-stop until the wind picked up too much, so we heard them play all throughout the day, but it didn’t bother us or our family’s enjoyment of the property at all, in fact people watching was fun, but just something to be aware of if you’re looking for a silent view. Not loud, but not silent either.
Owner was very responsive and helpful, polite and wonderful to work with. Easily a 10/10 experience for us. Would pick this unit again for our next visit!!

We loved our stay in this Kihei condo. The owner was so great with communication, the condo had everything we needed and was beautiful, and it was centralized to everywhere we needed to travel to. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone going to Maui.

This condo was perfect for our 12 day stay in Maui for our honeymoon. It had a great location in Kihei and was easy to get around the island. The condo was beautifully decorated, had a very comfortable bed, and had lots of amenities. We will definitely be back!

This was a really great condo that helped our family have a wonderful trip to Maui. We have a 3 and 5 year old and the two twin beds worked great. The view and the lanai were amazing as well as the kitchen and master bedroom. The location of the condo was also ideal in Kihei allowing pretty easy travel in both directions to explore the island. While we did have one issue while we were there we were able to connect with the property manager who was able to address it within the hour. Again, a great experience to help us enjoy our family vacation in Maui.

This was such an amazing property!! We came for our honeymoon and the condo was just gorgeous and luxurious. Had a great view of the ocean and easy access as well. Perfect for a romantic week!
Great unit with the perfect location in Kihei. Direct access to a beach and close to everything. Perfect for watching the sunsets each evening. Will stay in one of the Knowles units again in the future.
This beautifully remodeled unit overlooks a public park with pickleball courts in the foreground and an incredible view of the ocean beyond.
The unit was well appointed and comfortable, though because of the dated amenities, I would not term it "luxury". The proximity to the airport, Wailea golf courses and the many beaches along the south coast were positives, but the space was just too small for our purposes. This was not a vacation for us, but a chance to work remotely from a warm beautiful location. We had hoped to be able to work from the lanai to take advantage of the beautiful ocean view, having no idea that the pickleball courts directly outside the until were in full use by a local league from 7 am until noon every day of the week, so we spend much more time inside the until than we had planned.
The local property manager was incredibly responsive and helped solve a couple of minor issues within minutes!
This condo was perfect for morning coffee and whale watching on the lanai.
The condo was very nice but would like to make future travellers aware of the courts directly in front of the condo. These courts are busy from 7AM til the sun sets and the continuous wappa,wappa of the pickle ball paddles as well as the yelling of the players becomes very annoying. Certainly took away from our stay.
This condo was immaculate and beautiful for our family of 4 adults. Plenty of room and a wide outdoor lanai with seating for 6 included a high table to gaze out to the ocean. Kitchen very well stocked with equipment and supplies. Would definitely stay here again.
My family enjoyed our stay! Unit had plenty of space and the view was amazing! We look forward to coming back!
This unit has a lovely view of the ocean and is very nicely appointed and decorated. The communication with the owners was wonderful. I reduced it from 5 star to 4 stars as there was a mildew smell in the unit.
