This quiet and peaceful neighborhood shows the true meaning of Aloha. This neighborhood is excellent for families that want a place to have fun with their kids. Take advantage of the big yard whether you enjoy running around or throwing a football around. Enjoy a nice BBQ with the family or with friends as you listen to the sound of the waves in the distance. If you enjoy hikes, just down the road is a 2.5 mile hike to a beautiful secluded beach with turtles relaxing on the shore.
This house is the perfect setup for families to enjoy. As you enter the front door, a large open living room looks out to the big front yard. Equipped with furniture for relaxing and a TV for streaming on Netflix or Hulu. Enjoy the cool comfort of a split air conditioning system that cools the entire house.
The living room flows into the kitchen where you can easily cook and entertain at the same time. Sit by the bar and enjoy a beverage while waiting for meals to cook. Large pantry perfect for keeping food during your stay. Kitchen also includes numerous pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and more. Equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove/oven, coffee pot, water dispenser, and dishwasher. All the necessities needed in a kitchen.
On one side of the house is a master suite that has a sliding door leading out to your own private Lanai. Perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning. Also included is a walk-in closet and it's own private bathroom. This is also the only room in the house with it's own AC unit separate from the living room.
On the other side of the house is the two bedrooms and additional bathroom for sharing. This is the perfect for those with children or extra guests. One bedroom includes a queen size bed and desk for those needing to work during their stay. Use this space as an office or additional bedroom. The other bedroom includes another queen size bed along with some toys and games, perfect for those traveling with children.
