Our Maui Beach Retreat is located in the pleasant Kihei Kai Nani condo complex. The unit is situated at the back of the complex, away from street noise, providing a nice quiet location. The lanai features a private tranquil tropical garden and is great for relaxing. It is a one bedroom condo with a comfortable queen size memory foam bed. The living room has a pullout sofa for an extra sleeping space. There is a full sized fully equipped kitchen and the property also has several BBQ's and picnic tables for your uses. The complex features a large sparkling swimming pool with gazebo's and lounge chairs for your enjoyment. It also provides an on-site laundry facility, if needed. Our condo does provide air conditioning however, the building is situated to prevent direct sun and the trade winds allow lots of fresh cool air to move through the unit.

The surrounding area is home to many beautiful pristine beaches. Kamaole Beach is just a few minutes walk down the driveway and is great for swimming, snorkeling, stand up board paddling and watching the sea turtles that frequent the waters. It also provides a spectacular view of the sunsets!

Besides those mentioned above, Maui offers an assortment of water activities such as surfing, body boarding, scuba diving, kayaking, kite boarding and wind surfing. All within close proximity of the condo.

If you want to experience a phenomenal sunrise, make a trip to Haleakala!

There are many exceptional restaurants, bars and retail establishments right next door and within easy walking distance of the condo.

Nice stay in Princeville. Great lodging, good location. Many tiny bugs in one bathroom but we all used the other one, not really a problem. Roosters started crowing early, but that’s not a fault of the place. It was really great to have a washer and dryer available. We liked the place and would return.

Love the cute little unit. Quiet neighbourhood, nice pool, and nice part of Kihei minutes away from coconut shrimps and/or cinnamon rolls and across a beach for iconic Maui sunsets.

Our travel plans were impacted by the the September 2023 wildfires in Maui. Our flights had been refunded so we were unable to make it to Hawaii. Karen was completely inflexible or willing to make any accommodations to help us. We tried to offer creative solutions like moving the booking to different dates, but there was no willingness to compromise. I can't tell you anything of substance about the property, but I can tell you that the owner showed no flexibility during a crisis.

I really enjoyed staying here during my trip to Maui. The condo was clean, in a great complex, and it was also quiet at night. There was security that regularly patrolled, and my wife loved the pool. It's location in Kehei is very convenient, with short walks to shopping, dining, and the beach. Past trips to Hawaii I often saw lots of bugs inside the places I stayed, which being a tropical place is somewhat expected, but I didn't see any here. Overall was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again!
