    We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
    We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
    1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the ...

    The place is very dusty (people with allergies.. stay away). Cluttered with too much furniture and lighting in the home makes you feel like living in a cave. Fully equipped kitchen though, however not worth the price of the place.

    The condo was clean, well equipped, beautiful views from large windows, comfy bed. The agent response was fast and was very helpful. We liked it so much we are booked for next winter! We highly recommend this unit and the building which is clean, secure and heated pool,spa and fitness rooms we enjoyed.
