The check in process was seemless and the kitchenette had all the adequate utensils
Awesome place to visit Hawaii especially the submarine scooter was blast time.
Check in was 3pm tried to Check in cleaning started 3pm had to wait longer annoyed. Staff treat guests differently if you Check in direct with hotel. If you book third party they are little different. Other than that our stay was great.
Hotel location is quiet and center of wikiki, I enjoy very days.
Overall the experience was good, like another poster said - they liked the Bamboo Waikiki, but it is getting pretty tired. It could really use some cosmetic work. Possibly a complete re-do in the bathroom.

Delightfully tacky in the most positive way. I bet the Bamboo was suuuper swanky back in the day. Now, it’s pretty dated and unfortunately I think covid killed most of the cool bar vibe that this place probably once had. That being said, the pool area is a great place to relax without a lot of other guests, while being surrounded by a lush tropical garden feel.
The room was clean and comfortable as advertised. Nothing fancy, but totally adequate for our needs and in a great location. Hosts were super responsive, including accommodating my last minute request to extend our stay.
Would definitely recommend, especially for the price.
It was a pefrect place for us for two nights. We mostly were at the beach or shopping. All that within walking distance, so we did not rent a car or ride any buses.
No instructions on what or where to go when you arrive, tried to contact host and the host sent me on a wild goose chance with an email, and then when they responded (4 days later). They told me I have to change it on the booking website, and that they couldn’t do anything to help me, absolutely zero communication, and when I try and reach out, I'm shot down. Never again will I stay here, another thing I might add, I stayed 10days and the cleaning lady never once came in to clean.
Great place, expect a simple room in a simple building that’s become a bit old visibly but has a great pool and the location couldn’t be better. Great value for the price. Host communicated quickly throughout the trip. Recommended all in all.
